Customer service experience here been more than fair thus far.good selection of clothes not much lingerie. Women's men's and children clothes/shoes available There were SUPER crowded lines on my last visit so they opened up registers in the children's and men's section and announced it to shorten the lines.loved it

Had to go in there to shop for my son.they have nice things but the majority of their jeans are ok.some of the problem was we couldn't find his size.but there was always somebody there to help.love it and price was great.to get a quick shop that's one of the spots.

Larger than your average H&M, with a size-able men's section downstairs, although the dressing rooms down there aren't often open. Cashiers on both floors.

Needs a better variety of things.way too plain & why are the clothes always a XL? Feel like I’m in old navy ‍️ Need more smalls

Absolutely love their women’s accessories and their children’s clothing, let’s just say I never leave empty handed. Store is always neat and tidy, staff is pretty decent.

An okay H&M, decently big and well-lit. The men's section is super small though.
The selection is strangely small for such a large store, with not a lot of variety and the sales are pretty terrible. There are a few good things here and there, but you need to search.
The changing rooms are well sized, and lines move fast.

Don’t waste your time, energy, and money. Not much of a selection, the place is unorganized. The employees are of no help, clueless, and rude. 2 stars for the convenience. Just go to Manhattan!

The Place was Neat and Organize but Can't Never Find An Employee & Always Crowded. Well The Times I been There. It's been more than 6x. You Do The Math

H&M is a great place to shop. The staff is friendly and I am always happy with my purchases.

The worst service ever. Stuff working in store horrible, not polite and not obliging as suppose to be.
I was trying just make an exchange during 2 weeks, because of their system doesn't work. I visited that stupid store about 7 times before it happened.

There are SAs assigned to each department which makes it helpful to keep all department maintained and organized. Excellent customer service. Fast and efficient at the fitting rooms and cash registers. Clean, organize and well maintained.
