I'm very satisfied with Hoselton sales and service. I have purchased several cars from them. I find my regular salesperson (Jordon) helpful, thorough and not aggressive

I initially wanted to lease a vehicle through Cortese auto dealership in Henrietta. I didn’t appreciate the sales person taking advantage of my financial income and swindling me into the highest payment!

My husband and I went to Hoselton Toyota and let me tell you, it was a very pleasant experience from the start! Jose Santiago (JJ) was honest from the start! He was patient and thorough in explaining the value of my Lease End for my Jeep. Hoselton did not have the 4Runner I was interested in however, JJ was very motivated and again patient in helping me get into a vehicle I was comfortable with! JJ was personable and upbeat when dealing with my husband. I don’t know how he did it but, my husband came home with a Highlander for me to test drive and I fell in love with it!

I did end up leasing the vehicle thanks to JJ. When I came to the dealership, JJ was so patient, kind and understanding with me being pregnant. JJ brought the paperwork out to the car for me to sign and was detailed explaining the paperwork. He was professional and safe (had his mask on the entire time)! Thank you JJ for getting me into A vehicle that is safe for me and my growing family! You are the BEST! And yes I have found a Dealership my family can call home!

Great buying experience. Kody Laird is an amazing salesperson. The reason we purchased from Hoselton. He spent so much time with us and knew the Totota products very well. Spending so much time with us made us return and purchase the vehicle. Other dealerships had sales people that did not know their products or did not show an in interest in selling us a car. We may purchase another car from you in the Summer.

Although the vehicle I drove two hours for was in fact sold by the time I arrived- Jordan worked hard to make sure he went over other available cars with me. The time and effort spent helping me was much appreciated. Everyone at the dealership was courteous and professional as well as patient- because I ask a lot of questions.

Purchased my car at Hoselton many years ago and I always return for different services. They are very flexible, thorough and nice.
Even if you have only an oil change done they inspect your car to make sure it's running perfectly. 10 years of state inspection is included into the deal and for many services you can get coupons. The lobby area is nice, free coffee/tea/water and cookies are provided. The staff is friendly and they always explain you everything you need to know. Thank you

Great Experience. I was all set to purchase my new car at another dealer but decided to stop by Hoselton just to check on pricing. The salesperson at Hoselton, Mike Andrushko, was so great to work with that I decided to purchase with him instead. My entire experience with Mike and Hoselton was great and I would absolutely go to Hoselton first if I were looking for a new car.

Service manager went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Negotiated a price for repairs that we both thought was reasonable. They are all about customer satisfaction. Although they are pretty crappy at returning calls. You need to be face to face.

My husband and I took a ride to Hoselton Toyota to look at a truck. When we got there we found out it had already been sold. Our salesman, Don turned the situation around and made it a positive one. By the end of the night we ordered a truck to our specifications. We were very satisfied.

Hoselton you lost me as a customer! I waited over 2 hours for an oil change, I was told it would be 45mins to 1 hour after 2 hours I went and checked with the Express team and was told they were getting ready to pour the oil in! What was happening in the previous 2 hours?

Bought a new car here recently. The experience was very positive. They were very transparent about the costs and found us the car we wanted. Their insurance agent was also a big help. I'll be coming back for service and Hoselton is going to be one of the first places I look at for my next car.

I had an excellent experience with Jordan. In the past I have always felt pressured and he didn't apply any what so ever. I don't think he expected me to want to take the car the same day, but he made it happen, which I appreciated very much.
