Honestly this dealership never ceases to annoy me. I have officaly worked with all the department's today and shocker just as unsatisfied with the parts department as all the other department. So good job Hoselton keep up the bad work.

Daughter took her car to Hoselton Collision Center to repair after a run in with a deer. Among the things listed to be fixed was air conditioner. It was not fixed. Hottest day of the year. How do they miss that? !?

Great customer service. Got a mint condition, low milage, limited edition used car for a great price. They offered rust protection and warranty. We didn't want it because we didn't want higher payments. The finance guy was able to get both included without increasing out monthly payment. They gave little "busy boxes" to our kids with juice and cookies too while they "patiently" waited for us to finish.
