In love with the store.the team members that work in the store are such a nice person love it keep the good job?

As an actual Goth, the place is a bit trendy for my liking. However the staff are both friendly and helpful with customers. I usually shop here for cosplay pieces and have not left empty handed yet.

Hot topic is the best it has Soo many anime things and new shows and series things it's the Best store to go and when you buy something you can get a coupon it's cool. And it has cool Funko pops amazing ones

I came into here with my boyfriend Matthew, expecting to find nice cobra starship (fangs up!) merch. I walked in i asked the furry at the front desk with the money machine for cobra starship and he said and i quote “what it that? Bark bark.that’s not real alt” i got on all fours and barked at him to show him who was in charge, that seemed to work.then he went to the back and found me a ripped up cobra starship shirt, the end.

I love the store and that’s the place where I got the Kirby shirt and I was wondering if they had more so that I can get more

Since when did hot topic turn on the lights and have kpop merch? Where's the invader zim? Studded belts? Wristbands? 1 star because im listening to korn and msi and im incredibly nostalgic and sad right now

I bought BTS and BLACKPINK merchandise from there. The quality and price is just awesome. Friendly staffs. I don't expect more. I'm just very happy about the quality of the items. This was the only location closest my house, so it made me very happy and they didn't disappoint me a bit. If a staff from Hot Topic is reading this, just wanna say, I really love your store!

It's your typical hot topic store. Friendly staff and most merchandise from hot topic stores are available. By no means the biggest hot topic store I visited but definetly not the smallest either.

Not their fault, but non of the hot topic stores I've been to have Dance Gavin Dance shirts.: (but then amazon is there for a good reason. I would recommend going if ur into pop culture.

Excellent customer service, would definitely come back + there's deals in store so don't hesitate to look around

Shirts are buy 2 get one free but at the end it’s like over 40$. Kinda not worth it and they only have basic clothing the managers probably not even into metal yall need real metal heads to work

Workers are great there and they know what they're doing, you'll find plus sizes there which rock. There's a fitting room which isn't really known but if you ask they'll provide it. There's a multitude of sales all the time and I'm sure you'll find what you like there. They're very helpful and always asking if you need help to reach something that's too high.

If you love indie music or emo, if you love shirts with logos or video games, this is the place. I often buy here. One of the best places

Love Hot Topic. Lots of good gets here, especially for gifts for the teens in my life. Great selection. A little crowded, but if you can ignore that. Great store.and staff is nice!

I love hot topic.if you need something unique and wanna see yourself different then others then choose hot topic and enjoy your unique looks

Nothing special but they usually have good deals. Just your average small mall retail experience. Sometimes the store feels over packed and cluttered but I guess it sorta goes with the vibe of the store hehe. Stuff is easy to find despite the feel of a high school kids room

I absolutely love this store! Other than the fact that they have all my favorite bands’ merch, the workers are also super helpful and kind. I’m a huge twenty one pilots fan and they have so much merch from them for a pretty reasonable price. I totally recommend going to hot topic.

Amazing! Employees are comish based im assuming because they constantly ask if they can help you, but they all have amazing customer service at this location. Honestly just the absolute best staff! Its a large location compared to other hot topics ive been in. This location in queens center mall on the third floor also has a fitting room in the back! So go take some mirror selfies lol: D

Place is awesome Customer service is excellent i just wish the shirt on sleeve little longer otherwise I'm content
