This store is a little small. I always find what I’m looking for with their online store. Although I always pick up some bath balms, pins and patches for my denim jacket. It is not an easy flow through the store, so I don’t stay long.

Great store to find oldies but goodies, all items are very reasonable price anything you need from Pops to T-shirts very good selections plus you get a set of coupons for your next visit, this store doesn't disappoint none.very helpful and veerrry friendly.

I like shopping here. I find the stuff I like. They treat people nice. They have a lot of patience. They are very kind. They are always nice. I hope to come again soon.

Great items, expensive but great. The only reason my review lost a star is because of the staff! Walks away to help another customer WHILE busy with you!

Well my experience was great I went there on December 10 to do shopping for secret santa and I got myself a little something aswell. I buy a lot of things f ok there that a mostly Harry Potter since I'm a big fan. There was an employee that kept telling my dad "You buy two you get one free. " But my dad didn't want the other one that is free, neither did I. But the employee kept on forcing us two, so I dragged my body over there and it took me forever to pick out the one I wanted. Another complaint is that the r stocking can be bad. For example when I went, I wanted a shirt that said, "Dobby is a house elf. Dobby is free! " So I asked them if they had that in a small. They told me that whatever was there is all they had. So I was really disappointed. Overall I give it a three. But I do say everything there is clean and organized!: 3

Two separate occasions I tried to pick up my package from online orders at this specific store. Twice the employees got visibly annoyed and borderline rude at me for their own mistakes. The first time they didn’t even ask my name when looking for the package but just saw a family member’s name on the billing and spent 30 minutes looking fruitlessly (and eventually got rude). Second experience, I told them my name and that I had two packages but please don’t look at the name on billing address. Another 20-30 minutes of fruitless searching. They were looking for three packages when I said “two” showing them my TWO emails. For the customers they didn’t mess up on, they were wonderful (I’ll give them that), but oh boy pray they don’t mess up!
