Honest Company, did our project as written and explained everything before any extra work was needed

Worst company ever. Took them 8 months to install a handicap bathroom. They subcontracted a plumier, a drywall guy, an electrician and HC only did cleanup
The bathroom is less than 5 years old and the floor is caving into the basement.this is supposed to be for a person in a wheel chair and we cant even use it.
No return phone calls. You took the money and disappeared.we went to school together and you robbed me, my family and made it impossible for a handicapped person to use this room.

Multiple issues with just getting an estimate. Decided not to go with them. Get it together

House Crafters did an amazing job building our patio overhang addition. The project went exactly as planned and the quality of work exceeded our expectations. From the start, Ed and Mark were very personable and helpful in the planning process. Ed was in constant contact with us in regards to the timeline of the project and responded quickly to all of our questions. We also requested a deadline for completion due to a backyard event planned at our home. Ed guarenteed that the addition would be complete in advance of the event, which it was! The building process couldn't have went any better thanks to Bruce and his crew. The entire crew was very friendly, professional, and detailed in their work. Everything was very organized from start to finish and Bruce remained in constant communication with us. I can't say enough good things about the crew. They were on time everyday and even worked through some rain storms. They also went above and beyond to keep the existing concrete patio and grass areas in tact, and cleaned up the construction area at the end of each day. This allowed us to continue to use our backyard throughout the process. The end product turned out amazing. House Crafters has given our family a backyard addition to enjoy for many years to come. I would highly recommend House Crafters for any home project or addition. Excellent company and workers!

Very satisfied w the timely manner and estimate given for a Total kitchen remodel. The layout and working w all my request were met within my budget! Highly recommend!

Great roofing crew! Very nice sales man and easy to follow estimate with all areas covered just like their ad in the buffalo news. I wanted a extra rake of the yard because of our dog and they had someone out the following day, and even hosed down the drive way without being asked!

Awesome company! House Crafters truly has a passion for their work. They made sure our bathroom remodel was done to perfection. The process from start to finish was easy and stress free. Jason the Project Manger was absolutely fantastic, kept us in the loop the entire remodel. We absolutely Love our New Bathroom! We will certainly be using there services again for future projects.

When I needed a contractor to change my house roof recently I zoomed into House Crafters because their personnel who came to the house to give me an estimate was very respectful and knowledgeable. I asked him numerous questions and he took the time to answer all of them. I was completely satisfied with giving him the job. The workers did an excellent job overall and I highly recommend this company. Will definitely use them again

HouseCrafters was contracted to structurally repair damage from a huge Oak tree falling through the middle of our house resulting in major damage. The framing and roofing crew has been absolutely FANTASTIC they have been extremely professional and efficient. I have been truly impressed with everything they have done for us. THANK YOU HOUSECRAFTERS! I would highly recommend this company for any home repairs!

We had issues with ventilation in our attic. House Crafters really listened to issues we had and made proper recommendations on how to fix the problem. Thanks House Crafters!

I have had so many compliments on our siding. House Crafters did a fantastic job! I would DEFINITELY recommend them.

Housecrafters helped us in a pinch a few times! They came over to fix parts of our roof after wind storms on 3 different occasions. Even though our repairs were small and minor to the bigger projects they do they treated us no different. All the guys were professional, knowledgeable and helpful!

I had House crafters come out to give me an estimate for a patio roof to be built last year. After measurements and talk i was told give them 2 weeks to get one together. Well its well over a year and still haven't heard from them! Its a shame cause they replaced my roof 15yrs ago and figured They were reliable back then! I wouldn't refer them to anyone!

Thank you for a job well done. My remodel took about a month but you made the process less stressful. Workers were pleasant and professional. Would highly recommend to others.

Wow is all I can say from start to finish. Estimate was easy to understand and the contract was followed perfectly. There office staff was quick to answer all concerns and there clean up crew that comes when job is finished was fantastic.

Mark one of the owners, completed in giving me the worst experience I’ve ever had dealing with a landlord. The owners used threatening tactics and negativity and unprofessionalism I’m order to achieve what he wants. Horrible experience.

If I could give them negative stars I would. Took them 7 months to complete a project that should have been done in 3- 5 months. Why.due to very very poor communication (ED), alot of mistakes (don't worry Mike M.we were told the same.mistakes happen) apparently alot with this company, other excuses.weather, scheduling on their part not ours, vacation time (again them not us) & manufacturer delays for products we had no say in ordering. We did not get to personally pick out our 8000 dollar walk-in tub, they took it upon themselves to pick it out, from their supplier, I saw no pictures, didnt even get to pick a color, if they only came in one color, I wouldn't have known. Did not get options to order the walk in tub or stand up shower. As for intial start, I had to email to find out when our start date was. Start was supposed to be in April, I emailed about date, got told due to weather they where behind on the million dollar house they where finishing in Buffalo, but we were next. April 29th a new concrete guy showed up to pour foundation, they had to find a new guy for our project because normal concrete guy couldn't get in before they breached their own contract with us. Concrete guy didnt know what he was doing, trashed our yard because it was still raining, splashed concrete onto my aluminum siding and poured it all wrong, so when the rain continued for 2 weeks, I had a pool for a foundation & water leaking into my basement through basement window, so much so it burned out our sump pump, so we had to replace that and got an" awww" from housecrafters when we informed them. New concrete guy came to our house harassing us & threatened to put a lein on our because housecrafters didn't pay them for the job they did. Would have cancelled contract then, but if you read their contract, you have 3 days to cancel without any repercussions, the project didn't start till 3 months after signing contract. It is not easy to cancel a contract with a General Contractor once work starts. Normal concrete guy finally got scheduled in to come out to rip up the whole new foundation & replace, they did it right that time. So this was just the start to our nightmarish story with Housecrafters, I really could write a book, with pictures, surveillance video & recorded conversations about how bad this project went, how impersonal it was & how apparently this was their house they were working on, not ours, but I can't here due to limited characters. 3 weeks after final payment, I still have a shiny spot on my house from where they attempted to remove the cement the first time with a powerwasher & scrub brush & removed paint instead. And no receipt for warranty on walk in tub. Update: at some point after this review, someone from Housecrafters came out (did not let us know they were here either) & put a BLOB of white paint on the shiny spot on siding. Still no receipt or warranty for the supposed $8000.00 walk-in tub.
