We had House Crafters replace our siding on our house. We are so pleased with the big change we chose, and the company we chose to do it. Right from the beginning, they were all very clean, polite and organized. They had our job done in 3 days and after they left, you never knew we had workers there. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a siding upgrade to their home.

From the beginning house crafters was highly recommended by a friend, Bob Brady came out gave me an amazing price, I had a leak which Bob came out twice to take care of for me for no charge! The Crew that came to do my roof was amazing and polite, they also cleaned up well. I will definitely be recommending House crafters to friends and family!

Mark, Just wanted to send you a Thank You for the job your crew did on our house. Bob Brady is the greatest! After this spring when everyone had damage to their roofs, siding, etc. I went looking for a contractor to repair my roof along with gutters and adding new shutters. I went to one of the biggest names in WNY who will go nameless in this email and they were indignant and made us feel like we were a inconvenience. I know all contractors were bombed with tons of requests. We contacted Housecrafters through a recommendation of a friend and Bob Brady showed up on time and took the time to explain our options. We were told it would be several weeks because of the backlog, but you showed up on the date and completed work very professionally. We had a couple of issues and yourself and Bob took care of those in as timely a fashion as was possible. Thanks again to all the Housecrafters employees that helped us through this process and I would definitely recommend doing business with your fine company.

If I could give it a negative number I would. Not respectful, make mistakes and don't own up to them.

I'd like to say that the men who worked on my house did a great job. All of them were very respectful of me, my time and they worked in some conditions when the weather was bad.
