They are very irresponsible they cancel my appointment 4 times they are not very professional 1 year I been trying and they always cancel my appointments no one is responsible for the mistakes I don’t recommend this they no ethics at all very unprofessional.

Every time we use this facility we are so pleased. The staff members who answer the phone are knowledgeable and helpful.
The staff performing the procedures are always warm and professional. They take the time to explain everything carefully and to reassure the patient. Jim in CT was fabulous!
Only complaint I might have is that often the wait is long- but maybe that's because they're giving each patient good care.

Very impressed by the safety procedures which have been put into place. No waiting on line. Everything was very quick and efficient. They maintained contact from the time the procedure was scheduled.

MRI Tech, Carol was informative, polite, helpful and kind. Thank you for making my MRI experience pleasant.

The tech person, Jim, was patient and funny. He had someone assist him, who was wonderful. I had been on a fast due to the testing- he brought me a pack of cookies and a water, which was very kind. Results were sent to my doctor within an hour.

I spent half the day waiting in here when it was not even busy, when I finally asked after an hour and a half waiting they said the machine is broken.

Next time it would be best to let a patient know these details before they charge them for the visit so they can decide if they’re able to do that or not.

Service was outstanding. I've been there many times in the past. And I won't hesitate to go there in the future. Thanks for everything.

The front desk staff and technicians were great. They were so personable and friendly. My scan took a while because of the baby’s position, but they were very patient and did a thorough job.

The technician I had was the most caring, kind ultrasound technician I have ever had. She made sure I was comfortable and safe. She genuinely cared about my baby. She genuinely cared about me. Just a good human being. She deserves a raise. I wish I remembered her name.

From the front desk clerks to the technicians, they are all soo friendl and, courteous. They take the time to explain everything to make you feel comfortable.

Was told that I had a 1230 appointment and that I needed to drink 32oz. Of water one hour before appointment. Fine I got there 1215 and was told while doing paperwork that I really had a 100 appointment. Does anyone realize how hard it is to sit there an extra half hour with 32oz.of water in your bladder and not use a restroom especially for an older person. Finally got in at approx. 105 pm

I went to get a thyroid ultrasound done. Everyone was friendly, the tech talked me through the test and I was in and out within half an hour.
