I was greeted by the reception/intake staff promptly and courteously. The tech was also courteous and reassuring, but competent and professional as well - exactly what a client/patient wants when undergoing any medical procedure.

Excellent staff.on time, thorough and professional. From the first phone call to the consult with Dr Cohen.

Staff was not overly friendly or helpful at check in and wait time was quite long. Technician was cold and short with her answers to questions. She did not honor our request to be discreet with wording bc our young son was in the room who did not know I was pregnant. He left asking “mommy is there a baby in your stomach? ” Not impressed.

The staff at the desk were professional and helpful. The MRI tech was very helpful in assisting me and the test was explained and went well.

Everyone very friendly and helpful. My appointment was at 8: 00 and I didn't have to wait. Great people there.

The check in was incredibly fast. The exam went smoothly in an exceptionally clean room, and the staff were unbelievably polite and helpful.

I liked my visit to this place. The people were polite. The technician was kind and smile all the time. I had an appointment and almost got the test on time.

As always, MRI scheduled at the last minute for me, with their usual great attitude and flexibility.
