A stressful test was made much less stressful with the friendliness and professionalism of the staff

For my first time my experience was great! Once I walked in I felt welcomed & comfortable. It was very clean, everyone had their face masks on. It was a quick & easy process.

You need to inform people about parking. Most patients come to your office from outside of Tuckahoe and the parking signage is minimal and the street parking meters only take quarters. The technician was waiting for me and I was delayed by having to re-park the car twice. It was good to fill out the forms in advance online. Clean, attractive facility.

I went for my 1st mammogram and was a bit nervous. The staff was very courteous, professional and polite. They made me feel really comfortable. My mammogram tech was absolutely wonderful and funny. She truly kept me at ease. Thanks for a wonderful experience with a not so easy exam.

My first time going & my experience was awesome. Got an X-ray on my finger the employees were very nice. Everyone had on their masks. I honestly felt welcome leaving & comfortable.

The office staff is very professional, and the nurses were friendly and helpful. The facility is in a good location and there is on-site parking. I will go here again if future scans are necessary.

I am not surprised with the outstanding care I received today when I went in for an MRI. Upon signing in, I was barely seated for 3 minutes at best before my name was called to get registered. I had to partially fill out the paper work which usually seems like the worst part of my registration anywhere before my name was called and I spoke with the technologist performing my test. Overall, I was in and out in no time. Very happy. Now just a wee bit anxious for my test results

I have been going to Hudson Valley Radialogy for many many years for all my X-ray needs. Professionalism is their name. I would never think about going any where else. Kind and friendly service always.

When our insurance wouldn’t cover my husbands CT at the hospital where it was scheduled Hudson Valley Radiology Associates Cams through and gave us a same day appointment. Their staff was very helpful. Will use them again for our needs from now on!

I was running late for my appointment and they were very accommodating.
Receptionist was very nice.
The ultrasound tech was great and I was able to take a great nap during the ultrasound!

Totally professional, friendly, and efficient. Great facility.was in and out in 18 minutes which is totally different to the hospital which takes hours. Highly recommended.

The whole process was great. The front desk was very welcoming and polite. The nurse inside was a real sweetheart, and the doctor was great and very gentle. I highly recommend the Tuckahoe location.

I love coming to this place. Parking is easy, check in quick. The tv in the waiting area is quiet. No bright lights. And there’s coffee. My appointments have always been on time. The mammogram staff are caring and simply fantastic.

Excellent customer service. The office staff are very friendly and there is convenient parking around the corner. The office is clean and everyone was so pleasant and accommodating.

My visit to Hudson Valley Radiology was a good experience. Last year was my first time using them and I was pleased to do my yearly mammogram and sonogram there this year. They are professional and curteous. I was able to get in on time and out in a timely manner. The tech people are knowledgeable and polite.
I would recommend them to anyone Looking to have any radiologic exams.

Thanks to Hudson Valley Radiology Association’s pleasant job. I didn’t have to wait for a long time to be attended to and the staff members who took care of me were very courteous and friendly.
