IHOP, Brooklyn NY

This IHOP is spacious. Service was quick, food was good. However Bathrooms are in middle of restaurant and can be smelled from where you are sitting not so appealing. And 5.00 dollars for small glass of apple juice. Two meals was 40 bucks.

Poor service, empty restaurant and still had to wait a half hour. Food came out in shifts. People were done before other people's food came out.

Coffee was little cold and eggs was cold but customer service laity was nice. Little short staff seat was a little delay for customer who was a little upset

Came in on a Sunday early afternoon and was seated within 2 minutes. About 10 tables with people and the coffee came quick along with the food. This place was perfect

I date my kids so we come here to catch up on everyday life things and how they're feeling. The service since the pandemic is on pandemic mode, but the food was hot whwn we were served.

They took so long to sit us down at a table and the place wasn't full at all. The food was alright nothing to brag about.

The hostess had and attitude and her service was not great. The bathroom was horrible and nasty. The food was great and that got two stars.

First of all. We saw a sign that says that they are now selling soul food, so we went in to enquire, the person at the front, that takes you to your seat, said " oh no we don't sell soul food, come to find out that they did sell.
And 2, so were seated at our table, and given our menus, and that's it! No one came to us and said anything, not even would you like something to drink, like a cup of coffee, and what got me mad is that it wasn't busy time. And after about 10mins. We got up and left. But not before I let the manager know how I felt.

Metered up for 1 hour and walked exactly 1 minute to this location. For a Saturday afternoon it was very empty but yet we were told that we had to wait 10 minutes to be seated. Was seated 25 minutes. An additional 20 minutes our sever came so we ordered food and drinks to reduce the wait. Went to the restroom and almost slipped in a huge puddle of water from a leak in the ceiling. Cute little red lunch pale bucket was no help. Food arrived and husband went back out to meter up. I told him 30 minutes and we're out; he put 45 minutes.

BTW food wasn't hot but I was starving. Ate my food and told my husband hurry up so we could get out of this dump!

Bad experience. Hair in the food. Girlfriend ordered tres leche pancakes and they only drizzled the sauce on the top so the other 3 pancakes were dryer than a 98 year old woman's.

Customer service is top notch. Because of a graduation rush they were extremely busy. Because of the long wait the Manager offered us cool drinks.

Did not have to wait long place was very clean just wish the waiter was a little bit more attentive she obviously had too many tables. Food was hot and okay

I had a awesome burger and I also ate some pancakes the staff was awesome, even when I spilled my juice and made a mess the staff was right on it

So sad that a place that is known for it's breakfasts should have such poor food. Everything except for the coffee was cold. Unfriendly service and a bit pricey for a fast food joint. Take your money to a diner or somewhere else this particular franchise isn't worth your time and definitely is not worth the money

Let me try to find something nice fast and nice service, coffee refil. But honestly, never before and never after in my life this coffee again. Only by force pancakes were bit on the dry side. Toilets, have seen worse in NY.

This place has bad management. There were many open seats and still we had to wait 15 minutes. There was a table right by the door full of dirty dishes and cups for the 15 minutes that we waited. The servers seem like they had no energy and the hostess took forever to notice that we were standing by the stand. Would not recommend coming to this IHOP.

Big portions and you definitely get full. Staff is ok and the service is fast. But some things on the menu are way too expensive.

I have been there three times. Different servers each time. However, they all seem to be too laid back for me. Refills have to be requested. No table side manners or light, friendly conversation.
Food is fine. It comes from the same warehouse as other locations.
None of the workers seem to enjoy their work.

The food was ok. Fries were burnt a little and I asked for cheesy scrambled eggs the waitress came with 2 slices of cheese on the eggs smh. I'll stick to my local IHOP instead of this one. And the bathroom was not so clean & had a leak too.

The Food Is Disgusting. I Ordered A Monster Burger And The Meat Was Way Under Cooked. The Table Was Very Dirty And Sticky With Syrup And I Couldn’t Understand Why, The Place Was Empty Why Aren’t You Cleaning Yur Tables. Service Was Shity My Server Looked Like She Rather Be Any Where Else, And I Ended Up With Diarrhea. DO NOT GO TO THIS IHOP PLEASE!
