IHOP, Brooklyn NY

The service is so bad in this place. Even when there is no one in the restaurant the wait is 10-15 to be seated. Go to another restaurant for food!

This place isn't ran efficiently. Management is trying to save funds by reducing staff. This does the exact opposite they lose money because patrons walk out

I placed a take out order over the phone at 1: 19pm. Was told that order would be ready in 15 mins. Arrived to ihop at 1: 58. The order was not ready (this order was only Pancakes, eggs over medium and bacon). Hostess said it would take another 5 to 10 mins. There was barely anyone eating inside of the restaurant on this Thursday afternoon, btw.
Order was finally ready at 2: 08.
Got order home and the refs were scrambled instead of over medium.
Never returning again.

Great for over priced and small portions breakfast food. Better off going to a local diner. Lunch and dinner menu much better

I love having my breakfast at IHOP anytime of the day or night. There are other establishment that are trying to do what IHOP does but the bad thing about it they always running out of something so your breakfast is incomplete I like IHOP and always will.and everything they have on their menu is delicious you go IHOP four stars for you.

Food was ok (very little cheese on my bacon cheese burger) but our server, Issac, tried to make it up to me with an order of mozzarella sticks. My wife whispered to me she wanted a refill of her drink, 2 minutes later a refill just appeared without asking Issac. As a courtesy, I left a generous tip and Issac got REALLY NICE! Fruit cups, iced coffee to take home and such a wonderful demeanor since we sat down. I want to go back just for the service!

Terrible service waited 20minutes for a table although the restaurant was empty then sat for 20minutes waiting for someone to take our order then we left. Worst restaurant service

Avoid the coffee, I mean, it’s definitely not their strongest point. But it’s got a good breakfast and the staff were polite and charming.
