IHOP, Bronx NY

We were seated pretty quickly but our table was still dirty and had to wait for them to clean it. We went for happy hour and we did not get the happy hour menu and had to ask for it. Pancakes were yummy and burger was really big, fresh and juicy! Chicken was.ok. Atmosphere was nice. Our waitress was friendly.

Horrible, they never get your order right even if you place take out at their counter. Placing order online or phone is the worst! Something is always missing when you pick your order. Worst customer service when you call about your missing items! It’s the only I hop close by the reason they are still in business.

It deff was not the same everything was different it didn't feel welcoming and the food didn't taste the same it wasn't a good experience

I use to go to this place alot before the Covid. I went Saturday 6/26. The waiter Simon was the best. The food was nasty as he'll. Don't know what happen but I never tasted food like that and my wife said the samething. I'm going to try this place one more time to see if it was an off day. It had to be. Food Sucked.

I ordered 2 orders of pancakes and a order of French toast by door dash and they didn't give me not one syrup.

I remember when I was little I went here to have some pancakes and the food was delicious and the scenery was amazing I love this place is awesome I can't wait to go here again one day because I love their food.

This place is disgusting. A girl name Jennifer & Myra were very unprofessional to my mother.they messed up her order of the food.she spent almost $100.00 and they did not cook the food right, they disrespected her on the phone by hanging up consistently when my mom was explaining to her nicely about how they messed up her order. This place is a disgrace, the current employees there are rude, disrespectful & unprofessional.

Our graduation ⁰party of 12 could not be seated next to each other we was told that the manager said that it was too much people for the server and sat us on the opposite side of the restaurant which was very disheartening because the graduates wanted to sit together.manager and hhostess was horrible will not be back

If you ever order thru uber eats. Do not order from this place. The service is horrible and they will take your money. We order two 30 ounce drinks. And was received two kids cups. REALLY! NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER FROM THIS PLACE.

Love this place the breakfast is amazing and the waiters are very good I recommend this restaurant to family and friends

Nice and clean.service was very quick. Tracy our server was very nice and we wanted for nothing.

The staff here today was slacking. It took mu waitress more than 10 minutes to even come to our table and introduce herself, and then had the audacity to tell us she was waiting til exact 12: 30 to come tend to us. The hostess was also a bit lost. The food was good but the staff needs a little training in customer service

Was there today 7/29/18. Got there about 3.37 and they sat us down quickly since the place was empty after 20 min went by our server finally came out and said she was unaware she had another party waiting she said she would be back in a few minutes and then proceeded to disappear for another 10 minutes so we just ended up leaving. Makes no sense to wait so long and not even have our drink order taken.

How do you mess up breakfast? Step in this place and you'll see. Service was pretty much non-existent. Food was wrong, then undercooked. The time it took to correct the orders each time was ridiculous. I should've ordered hot air.

The service was good not great and the staff was not the most friendliest. It is still a good place to visit.

The customers are never right and the workers are lazy AF I called the manager and would you believe she had an attitude aswell. I didn’t even want to eat anymore. When they brought our food after an hour the food was cold ‍️ I was pissed and so were my children. I’ll no you all a favor by saying go somewhere else. Thank me later.

This IHOP has no blueberry syrup, there is free parking. At times the servers are quick, at times they can be slow. There are other stores around this IHOP, like tjmax, the bx36, the bx19, the 2 and 5 train are near/walking distance.

Whenever my wife and I to come in very late or if we've come back from a long trip we stopped at IHOP. That's if you can get a table. Which is a good thing. Many people enjoy eating there so you'll have to wait to eat. But that's part of the fun and enjoyment. My wife loves the crepes. I myself enjoy your breakfast, Mary just the way I like it. T.

My go to spot when i dont know what i want to eat.breakfast is always good. Just sometimes ive had problems with the way things were made but the problem alaaus hets fixed

It was ok. It was a long wait time. My kids were fussy. They were short staffed by the looks of it. It was Memorial Day, it was a lot of hungry people waiting.
