IHOP, Bronx NY

The Hostess was rude, theres always a long wait to be seated even if there's obvious seats available. The hostess was playing favoritism in picking and choosing who she wanted seated rather than first come first serve. Can't complain too much on waitress and food isn't that bad. The restaurant and bathroom was always clean. I use to come here 2-3 times a month. Unfortunately that one hostess ruined my whole IHOP experience in this location. I'd rather drive to another location.

Person at the welcome booth was not at his post, he seemed to be confused once he showed up as to where he should sit us at.

The waiter was attentive and cordial.

The food is delicious and plentiful. You can eat breakfast at any time. They also sell hamburgers.

The host on this particular day 7/23/18 at around 6: 15pm completely ignored that I was standing the be seated for about 5 min, until a waitress pointed me out. When he approached me said he’s only one person. Then he took his time and dragged himself to seat us smh so sad that people like even work with customers

Well.honestly.the only good thing it was the service. The forks were dirty and the food needed a little more love. Two years ago wasn't that bad. Not returning.

Don’t understand why it takes 15 mins for a coffee pot to serve yourself. I’ve been here a few times because it’s close and that’s probably the only reason. The staff consist mostly of teens that are more concerned with their phones.

I always tip good but if you don't even check to see if the person needs any condiments, water, etc or play as if you don't see yourself being waved over and its your station. I won't tip you or the person helping you. Appreciate the help and dont screw it up for the both of you because you can't keep up and you're SOO BUSY!

Was great but the server took forever and i had to keep asking her for refills and she would keep forgetting and too many people were talking in the back.

The waiting was horrible. The waitress forgot part of my order. The pictures look better that wh and t I actually got

Trash. Lousy service. I dropped my food. And they would not replace it. It's the ghetto. Don't go. Close it down.
