Delicious fresh warm cookies! Lots of yummy options. I kept going back for more. They are also open late which is a plus!

I went here and spent close to $60 on cookies to take back to Texas because we used live here and loved this place. We also got cookies and ice cream to eat there.

We told the nice gentleman making our order to not cover them as we were going to sit and eat the counter that had stools out. He was totally cool. We began eating and 10 min in a little chick who claimed to be the shift leader (right below manger as she said) decided to yell at us saying we don’t offer dine in. Mind you we just spend money and we’re half way through our food and she tried kicking us out. All the customers in the store sided with us including some of the employees around her. We had ZERO interaction with her before this. She was extremely rude. She should be fired and should not be in customer service. She then threatened to call the police. At which point I told her to call the police because we did nothing wrong and the cops would prob sit and eat with us as I knew almost all the force in that area. The cookie and ice cream was amazing. She was rude. She was also entertainment and a reminder to why I move out of nyc. She had some personal issues going on most likely because nobody should be that mean and rude to a paying customer.

Terrible customer service! The employee looks depressed and was explaining the menu items with 0 respect and energy. Brownies had white discoloration to them and tasted kept out. The cookies were dry and flat no chewiness. Not worth the $26 for 4 cookies and 4 stale brownies

Some of the employees there need customer service skill training. One of employee was so rude. Disappointment

Cookies were good but staff was unprofessional. Gave us a hard time about proof of being a healthcare worker even though a paystub was showed as stated on insomnia page as acceptable, as we don’t get ID. Eventually another coworker came and was very nice and applied the discount. All staff should know rules and regulations for promotions.

Good selection of cookies. Of course love them most when still warm from the oven. Have longer hours than most places in my neighborhood which adds to the appeal for me.

Best cookies I've ever eaten. Love all the flavors I've tried so far, but choc chip is my favorite. Love that it's open late, and especially love when they do the deal where you can get 12 cookies for the price of 6.

I can not stand this Insomnia location. Everytime i go here the workers have attitudes. The promotional items are no longer available or you have to wait over an hour for them. I got charged for a order once and when i arrived the items were not available. This time they gave my wife issues with healthcare worker promo. We ended up leaving without buying anything This location is the WORST.

This location is so freaking awesome the server has the best customer service I have ever experienced I m not sure of his name but ladies he is lightskin with a beard but all in all this location is awesome

I would rate this place 0/5 because I just wanted a dessert of nice warm cookies and instead I came into an unprofessional environment. I didn’t know in order to get a box I needed to buy 6 cookies so I bought 4. The lady then informed me I needed to get 6 cookies so I ordered 2 more and she denied to still give me the box. She then yelled at me about me not having my mask on while I did and how she could get written up but in the long run I still ordered 6. She was being difficult and all I wanted was a box since it keeps the cookies warm and I was going long distance. The women had multiple boxes in the back. There was no need for a problem with that being said the place should be rated 0/5 for unprofessionalism because the costumer is always right.

(Insomia 33rd on third) Service was professional and fast. Delightful cashier. My cookies were warm and delicious. I was even told about the new premium cookies on sale in which I tried the s'more cookie and can I say Dee-lish. Calmed my sweet tooth after dinner. Enjoy

Don’t order from this insomnia cookies! They mess up your order. Either they give you the wrong cookies or missing cookies! Go to another insomnia!

If you are looking to curb your sweet tooth, this is the place to do it! The cookies are chewy, gooey and soft. Also the ice cream is a great on the cookies. The place itself has a good vibe and the staff is very friendly.

Delicious cookies in a tiny little shop. If you don't love these cookies, you just plain don't like cookies. Always served warm and soft. Perfect for any time if day. Late night snack. Breakfast. Lunch. Dinner. Or just whenever. East these cookies. Go there and buy them and put them in your mouth and make yourself happy.
