Insomnia Cookies, New York NY

First of all, this place is closed half the time I pass by. Second, the prices on their menu board is outright wrong. When I asked the woman ringing me up why the difference in price she had no idea and gave me a very nasty attitude. Stay away from this place!

Super delicious mint and mint cookies with cookies and cream ice cream! It was late but I got it!

The cookies are always fresh, warm and taste amazing, if you can actually get any cookies. They are often either closed or don't have cookies. I stop by every week usually around 12pm or after 2pm and for the past 2 months have not been able to purchase cookies any of the times because they say "we don't have any cookies. "

They don't suggest that you come back in 20 minutes or place an order and come back, they simply say they don't have cookies.

Maybe they should change the hours to evenings and late nights because fhe reviews for that time seem to be better.

A must have! The perfect cookies hit the spot! The loaded brownie with cream cheese frosting was amazing!

I passed by last week midday and they were closed I went today 12pm and they were open, but had no cookies! Looks like they were just starting to make them. I’m starting to think the people who work there show up and open at whatever time they want. I wonder if the owner has any idea this is happening.

My go to for warm cookies, especially late at night. I once got up at 12am as I couldn't sleep and went out for a walk (my pyjamas hidden under my parka coat) and ended up in the Downtown branch to stock up on my fav choc mint chip cookies.

Its a small and cozy place in downtown Manhattan just a few steps away from my office. Going by the name I visited this place when i had to stay late in office and bingo it helped me keep up with full energy. Yes, the cookies are impeccable and scrumptious. Love this place!

This establishment has beyond poor employment.if i could rate it zero stars i would. I was being helped by one younger woman alongside an insanely rude older woman. The cookies were satisfactory but the service will deter me from ever attending this specific location ever again. I was accompanied by a younger family member who the staff member was rude to and snappy towards with every question she’d ask that only required a simple answer. I would recommend anyone looking for cookies to drive to another location just for a more enjoyable experience. The ambience was unwelcoming and the staff make the environment even more uncomfortable.absolutely unacceptable in regards to costumer service. Do not bring your family here and save your time by avoiding it overall.truly a disappointment.

Cookies were not fresh. Came in at 6pm and asked when the cookies had been baked. Employee said noon so I asked for fresh cookies because every insomnia will make them fresh if you are willing to wait. They told me no and so I had my stale cookies, so here we are.

Excellent cookies. Excellent Ice cream. Great dessert after eating at the local restaurant. Place is tiny. Street parking only. Take out.

Very rude staff! I walked in today and they didn't even acknowledge us or said hello. Looked like they didn't want to be there. We just walked out without buying anything.
