Inspire Dental Group, Amherst NY

I chose Inspire not only because it was on my daughter's pediatrician suggestion list, but because of all the amazing reviews I saw when I looked them up.
This was my 1 yr old daughter's first dentist appt. I was unable to bring her as planned, but her father took her and he said everyone was very nice and patient with her, despite her crying! The couple of times I was able to talk to them on the phone everyone was so friendly! I hope to take her on the next appt and meet the staff!

I was very pleased with my cleaning. The hygienist was thorough and knowledgeable. One of the best cleanings I’ve ever had. Everyone is friendly & puts you at ease.

Excellent dental experience for kids! They made my 2 year old and 4 year old so comfortable. Fantastic team.

From the Secretary Sandy, who is the sweetest thing. She reassured me, did everything to make sure I was in there. She gave me a virtual hug and when I tell you guys. It was everything I needed. Her face lights up the room. She is truly an Angel.
The procedure was outstanding. Justin Au, DMD aka MD. Very experienced. I was turnt away by so many other dentistry’s. This man did not turn me away once. I had an impacted wisdom tooth, very close to my nerve. 9yrs I couldn’t find anyone that would touch me. God bless his hands. I didn’t have any numbness. I’m healing gracefully. They have been so amazing with my two daughters during their whole orthodontia experience. They have worked extremely well with myself and my older daughter, who needed to have her braces off quickly at the end because she was leaving for Marine Corps Boot Camp. When she was there getting her braces off, the dentist noticed a cavity. She was leaving that following Monday for Boot Camp and there was no time for the cavity to be filled on a different day. They immediately did it for us that Day without question or hesitation. I will continue going to inspire dental for years to come. Great dental group with amazing dental hygienist’s. They’re extremely knowledgeable and answer all of your questions thoroughly.

It was nice that they have you wait in car to be called in until the room has been sanitized. I was nervous coming in but the dental hygienists were double masked and wore a visor which put me at ease for my teeth cleaning. Morgan was very personable and likeable. She did a great job and didn’t hurt my gums! No wait and out in less than an hour.

The staff are always knowledgeable and caring. Dr H and his assistant Diane have been outstanding in every way towards taking care of all my dental needs I wouldn't trade them for the world!

I took my 3 kids to Inspire for check ups and had a great experience. They made the kids feel super comfortable, the hygienists were funny and so great with them. The kids liked it so much they can’t wait to go back. I’d highly recommend them!

Fastest appt.in recorded history. I had lost a filling and needed to get it replaced. Was seated - Dr. H.was already in the room waiting for me. I was taken care of quickly and on way in under 10 minutes. Was so happy I didn't have to wait while the doctor worked his way through 6 other patients to get to me. Thank you.

I have never had such a pleasant experience at the dentist until I found Inspire and their team. No reason to hate or fear going when you know you will have the best taking care of you and the most friendly staff too. Everything is super clean and well kept, the chairs are comfy enough to fall asleep in and it’s all around a great place to receive dental care.

Every six month cleaning I’m consistently impressed with their professionalism, efficiency and high quality care!

Love getting out of there without extra appt.for cavity (or worse) fix. Hygienist very personable and great job of cleaning.

This place is great! The Dentists are attentive and the dental hygienist and assistants are patient and engage with the children to ensure a positive experience. I can't praise this place enough.

I brought my 4 year old son in for his first dental appointment and it was fun! Never thought i would say that about the dentist since my past experiences have made me miss appointments. Im happy for him that he had fun, had a great group of professionals and left laughing and smiling.i may ask for Dr. Tim myself! Lol.highy recommended for kids

Front desk receptionist is very nice. The hygienist who helped me, Tracy, was fantastic! Dentist Greenberg was great, too. Nice facility.

My kids, my husband, and myself all go to inspire dental and every single visit has exceeded my excpectations. Everyone is always super friendly and I never have to wait more than a few minutes before I am seen.
