Inspire Dental Group, Amherst NY

Jenny was is my dental hygienist and she could not have been better. She clearly set expectations of each procedure and frequently asked me how I was doing. Service businesses are all about employees and how they treat customers, I give Jenny an A+.

Very nice people and facility. Thoroughly enjoy my time in Jane's chair for my dental cleaning and Dr. H is also pleasant.

I had great experience in Inspire Dental Group today, the doctors are very nice, thoughtful and friendly. The facility is beautiful and the equipment is very advanced and efficient.

Kara (8yrs old) loves going to see hygienist Tim in the pediatric group at Inspire - Amherst. He is funny and honest and fun! He gives her helpful tips on how to better care for her teeth and gums.

The office is very pleasant and welcoming from the Receptionist throughout. Morgan was very nice and attentive, she asked if I had any questions or concerns after the procedure and was very patient and thorough explaining the answer. Dr H.was calming and easygoing. I was referred by a friend and I’m sure glad she did. Although the ride is a little ways away, for the quality of service it is well worth it. Clean and professional. State of the art, ample parking!

Today was my first visit and I have to say, I am very pleased! Everyone was extremely friendly and most of all the dental assistant was gentle and my mouth does not hurt! I’m a very happy, and I recommend Inspire to all!

My son had to have a tooth pulled today and the staff was amazing. They were gentle, calm and kept things out of sight (big needle!) so as not to scare him. I was very impressed.

Amherst location is always well organized, clean and friendly. They send reminders which are appreciated. They schedule appointments spaced out well enough that they are always on time for the next patient and the team creates a welcoming professional environment.

Everyone at this office was very nice and accomadating. The dental hygenist even told me step by step what she would be doing. Great experience overall!

Everyone is so nice and friendly. They are organize, don’t rush when they are working with you, and explain to you everything they are doing (braces) really love this place.

I have nothing but good things to say about Inspire Dental Group. The staff are all very friendly, the wait is never long. My hygienist was Jenny. She did an awesome job. Dr Greenberg gave me a final exam and I passed. If something was needed, she would tell me. I'm trying to keep up the good work with my dental care just like they are doing professionally with their care for us. I will highly recommend them and pass out cards to my friends and family with praises about Inspire.
