Pretty legit. Got the running shoes I needed right off the bat with the right size. Tried more on, but it was obv the staff knew what they were doing. Treadmill test further confirmed the perfect fit.

Jovan was incredibly knowledgeable and helped me find the perfect pair of shoes. He understood exactly what I was looking for and was able to make a great recommendation based on my running patterns and preferences

Visiting NYC from Maui and stopped here to get some decent running shoes. Wow, this was by far the best running shoe store. Carlos did a complete gait assessment test and gave me 6 pairs of shoes to try out. I lived in Dallas and been to multiple running stores where they do the “for test” but I gotta say this was the most comprehensive and the informative. Thank you so much Carlos. Will return next time we are in NYC.

Friendly and attentive staff, without pressuring you. Listen to all your concerns and are patient. Lots of choices.

Candace was so helpful while I was looking for shoes for indoor workouts- and I was a challenging customer since I had to try a bunch of pairs because my feet are sensitive to shoe fit! She also measured my arches, which helped me realize I totally had the wrong idea about my feet. I highly recommended Jackrabbit even if you aren't looking for a shoe for running and need help finding the right fit for your foot

I got a ton of help from a very knowledgeable and friendly worker at Jackrabbit the other morning, on Tuesday around 1030 AM. I wish I remembered her name to give her credit! Sorry! I think she knew almost as much or as much about my feet at first glance as a pediatrist would. The shoes have worked out great, as did the orthotics they sold me, and I’m so glad I went to this store. Y’all rock

Tyshae was extremely helpful and with her assistance I bought a fantastic pair of running shoes. She helped me with my gait study and knew just what kind of shoe would be best for me. Give her a raise!

After reading some past negative reviews about rude employees AND bait & switch pricing (different price from what the salesman quotes you to what is rung up at the counter), I avoided this place. However, I happened to meet a friend for lunch down the street, so I decided to pop inside anyway. I'M SO GLAD I DID! Those other reviews could not be further from my experience. I was helped by a really kind guy named Amari. He was patient, kind, and very knowledgeable about the products. He really listened to me, which I appreciated.and wasn't trying to guide me to a brand or shoe that was more expensive; nor was he trying off-load discontinued stock - which often happens at shoes stores. In fact, after I did the "run test" and it was determined that a "Neutral" shoe was the best fit for me, he offered me an option at the higher end AND lower end cost range of ASICS (which I had my mind set on getting). He did upsell me some socks, which I actually needed. It wasn't really even an upsell per se, he was only letting me know they were On Sale. Again, never once did I feel that he was there to just sell sell sell me something, but rather help me determine what I wanted. They don't work on commission anyway. All-in-all he spent probably a total of about 45 minutes with me, showing me no less than 6 pairs of shoes to try on. Not once did he make me feel that I was taking too much of his time. I'm not a difficult customer, it's just it was the first time I bought real running shoes and wasn't even 100% sure of what I needed. Amari helped guide me there in a gentle way.and I found a great pair of running shoes! The price at the counter was exactly what he told me. So, if you read any past negative reviews, it could be that those rude employees no longer work there. As far as I am concerned. Amari and the cashier lady were really exceptional. They have a great selection and their customer service is top-notch!

If you're looking for a workout or running shoe this is the place to go. The staff was knowledgeable and patient and really went through every shoe with me to find what fit my needs best

Good store overall. Helpful staff, though some of them are fairly young/new. A bit over priced, but services & programs for runners may offset that for you.

I had a gait analysis or assessment completed here and was assisted by Robert. He was great and knowledgeable about the assessment and the sneakers I should be wearing. The prices are decent, however I thought $50 was a bit much for insoles. Nonetheless I bought them because they provided great support for my arch. I highly recommend this store for runners or even if you just need running shoes.

Great place to work out what shoes you need. The sales team will recommend the shoe you need not always the shoe you want.

Walked in today and purchased a pair of sneakers for my workout. Sam was very helpful in getting me what I needed and his recommendation was very good.

Great service, loved the ease and knowledge of my sales person and the buying experience. Will have to say that the manager was a little high strung and was yelling at the guys while customers were in the store but my guy was professional and made sure I was satisfied with my shoe before I made any decisions.

Treadmil in the back and an excellent service to test a large diversity of running sneakers. Will definitely come back again.
