Jim's SteakOut, Amherst NY

Normally spot on but the chicken finger sub tonight was completely saturated in barbeque sauce. It literally looked liked the entire sub had been dipped in barbeque. Not a good day for this location.

The staff were nice and helped me figure out an ordering fiasco. I've been to this place a few times, the food is good and usually made pretty fast. Good place for lunch or a late dinner after a night out, though maybe not this location for the latter.

Had a hoagie. They said 35 minute wait but we actually waited 15 minutes. Well worth the 35 minute wait

My husband swore by this place, I tried it for the first time last night. My only complaint would be that a sauce container exploded inside the bag, but that could have been my fault, we have quite a drive home from out there. The Philly fries were.different. Almost too vinegary for my taste. I also had a steak in the grass hoagie with mushrooms and Chipotle mayo. Promise you it was the best steak sub I've ever had in my life. Will definitely be making that trip again.

The poor staff was overwhelmed. Their computer system kept taking take out orders and they were running over an hour late on every order.

As good as always.just a little to much hot sauce on the finger sub.it needed a life jacket.but I would recommend it to anyone!

If this was my first lunch at Jim's, it would be my last. Despite the fact that it took longer than one would expect to prepare the lunch, the food was not hot. Apparently since I got it to go, they decided to skimp on the portions, which would never happen at any of the other Jim's I've been to. The two biggest issues I would ask them to address in the future are 1) read the order. "sauce on the side" means sauce on the side. 2) when a customer orders a particular cookie, don't substitute a different type of cookie, and if the cookies are more than a day old, throw them away. Nobody wants to spend that much money on a piece of brick.

What a great team you have working there. Everything is clean, the food is delicious and the staff is so nice. I am afraid I am going to be developing an addiction to this place as its just that good!

This Tonawanda location was fine. Only problem was one maskless quest sneezing. And two more arriving with no masks or masks
below their nose. No requests by employees to fix it. I remember when the burbs were supposed to be smarter then the city. We won't be back.

Absolutely horrible
. Order online they tell you 25 minutes. 1 hour and 20 mlm minutes later my food is still not done and I'm standing waiting. 5 people on staff and only 1 making subs.

The service was great. We added to our order a whole bunch of different times and the staff was pleasant and accommodating.

Great Service and Food. Excellent any time, especially after a late night at Lancaster Speedway. Not many good places to eat at Midnight

I only buy the Philly cheese steak and its very good. And they have Friendly staff. Great place.

The tacos literally tasted like vomit. My wife and I only ate a couple of bites and immediately felt sick and were sick the rest of the night.

Ordered steak sub and poutine fries the whole order was terrible no flavor steak was shoe leathers! Never order again also not cheap 16.00 the order was thrown in garbage!

Steak and cheese sub was good but not exceptional. Service was very good and friendly. Prices were a bit more than other places for similar product, but their hours make it worthwhile for late night.

They handed out our order to someone else, so we had to wait another 20 for them, then they forgot the fries. Sub was cold. Typical low IQ teenage losers. Avoid at all costs

Good deals and prices. Slow service. Waited 22 minutes for 2 chicken tacos and there was only 2 orders and 1 pick up before my order.

Jeeze, about this place.if anything, I highly suggest dining in and NEVER getting your food delivered. Obviously, they use skip the dishes, which this past time, the courier was so rude she almost threw my food at me because she was in such a rush. Our food is usually cold, and the subs are always a complete mess. I hate this location, but it’s the closest to my house.

Great food and amazing late night hours, when nothing else appetizing is open I always turn to Jim's!
