Overpriced for what you get. My order was wrong 2 of the last 4 times. I'm done with this place

Ordered a stinger and fries and waited 45 minutes in non-rush time (4pm). When the order finally came, it was a steak sub. 1 Star is too generous a rating.

Waited over 40 minutes for food. There was nothing complicated about our order.stinger sub and sweet fries. When we finally got our order, the sub was wrong.got a steak sub, not a stinger! Will not be coming back here again.

This particular location screwed up my sub and doesn’t make them they way the rest of the chain does. I was very disappointed.

An absolute Go to for a great chicken finger sub. Stuffed peppers are HOT but portion size is small

Another great Buffalo staple to eat at! Home of the famous steak hoagie! They offer a good selection of choices and are great late night. They are a little pricey, but the food is good and fills you up.

Totally disappointed in Jim's. Everyone kept telling us how great they are and they're just not. Several pizzerias in the area make better subs then they do.

Too expensive and the food has only got progressively worse over the years it used to be good food now it's just average but high-end prices and the portions in their Steak Subs are miniscule not even worth going there anymore maybe they'll go out of business and it'll teach them a lesson

Love Jim's steakout been to 5 locations and all were great highly recommend it love the sauce they use and you can buy a bottle as well.

The chicken finger sub was really good, it is what I recommend, didn't have to wait long for the order.

Fish sandwich was delicious! Tried the poutine fries, wow! They were really good too! Service excellent, courteous friendly. Food prepared in a timely manner. Thanks everyone!

Great cheese steak sandwiches! Open late - til 5 AM! This made all the difference when you're coming in from a late flight! Employees are friendly and helpful! Thanks for a great sandwich!
