Great food. This restaurant is known for their BBQ menus. Some items require prep time for about an hour, so make sure to call ahead.

Went there to eat and ordered chana masala it tasted digusting. The next time i went i tried chicken curry which was even worse, very bland and tasted like cardboard box. I asked to exchange it for something else and the bengali guy was rude not to mention I saw the bengali guy picking his teeth and then touching food with the same hands. I am very disgusted by the whole experience, never going there ever again. Dont go to this place very unclean and garbage food!

Beef haleem is addictive. Their gola and bihari kebabs are one of the besAmerica. The best in North america.

This spot is extremely unprofessional. I ordered chicken biryani, since this is a pickup only spot I didn’t have the luxury to check my food before leaving the restaurant. Once I got home they gave me the wrong item. I do understand mistakes happen. I immediately called the restaurant and they said they would give me a free biryani in return when I come back to cover the mistake they made. I went back to the restaurant 2 days later to inform them that I was there to pickup the biryani. An employee named SAZZAD started arguing with me that it was my FAULT that I ordered the WRONG food. He went on with arguing with me being sarcastic. He was extremely RUDE. When I demanded my refund he would not give it back. Moral of the story SAZZAD twisted the story and blamed everything on me for their mistake! This sort of customer service is disgusting! Also none of the employees in the restaurant followed the COVID guidelines. The employees in the back did not wear a mask and SAZZAD had his mask on halfway while taking customers. Would not recommend this filthy restaurant!

We used to love to always take food to go however they are now overcharging. They always had worse customer service however we went just for the taste. One plain tea is 1.50 it used to be a dollar. We used to steak for ten dollars now it’s 14. Not planning to go again.

It is not as good as it used to be a couple of years ago. It looks like after the owner changed the quality of the food it is not the same. Beside now they charge you for every little thing extra.even the sauce, which didn't happen before.

I wish I could give kababish zero starts. We ordered 3 kabab rolls, Naan Haleem and a Daal. The order totalled in $40.78. They gave the haleem and daal cold. When my husband came to the car, we noticed it and he went back. They told him that they only warm up food on request. What? Are they actually serious? I didnt know we were ordering from the cold section of Walmart. The kabab rolls were OK. The haleem and daal was disgusting. You could easily tell it was old. The price was too high considering all of this and also considering the location. Jackson heights has much better food in terms of quality, taste and pricing. This is the absolute last time I will go there.

Best Pakistani restaurant in Jackson Heights! Every thing they make specially all the BBQ items very delicious. Will remind you food from Karachi. I've been coming here since 2004 I would say! Love it. Have a great relationship with the guys who work there. Atif & Omar! Super nice guys! Have great respect for them! And the owner also genuinely super nice person! Know him for long long time he's like a brother!

Food is the best, but their uber eats prices are 20% more than what you pay when you go on your and you still need to pay the uber charges

Sales person should be more attentive to the customer instead of talking with each other. And if customer ask for freshly bbq food and willing to wait then establishment should do so.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! Only complaint: seating. Other than that the naans are great, the bihari beef is great, the chicken Tikka is great, the naan is fresh, the gola kebab is perfect if your craving something spicy and goes really well with paratha. They also have a really good raitha. And all is for a very reasonable price.

Very small pave place with no seating. It was super busy when we went and took very long to get the food. The food was amazing tho.

Great place for kababs.gola kabab, bihari kabab and chicken kebabs are highly recommended. Meat is well cooked, rightly spiced and melts in your mouth. The place however is hole in the wall take out place. Do not plan to eat there, the space is literally has bare minimum for people to even stand. Also try to pre order over phone. This is a great place for food.not a good place to eat:)

Disgusting! Guy eating Paan, and the chef touching every dish and dirty towel with Hands without glove. Prices are not the same as advertised. As a former restaurant manager I know this place would fail health inspection right away! Cat inside the restaurant! Customer service very rude, if you ask them why is this so much they be like “take it or leave it, go buy from somewhere else! ”

But I always get take out and bounce, # 1 kebabs in NYC! Trust me because I eat out all day everyday!

Sitting area is next to nothing, only two persons can sit at a time. Take out is the good option there. And about taste its really awesome. Must try it.

We drove 40 miles to eat this restaurant. As we came this place didn’t eat. First of all it was take out only. No place for sit. The place is not clean. Thanks god there were others good restaurants next to it.
