28I give this place 1 star bc there is only one good person, Rosa. Everyone else is rude and rushes you out. They are overpriced and do the bare minimum and still expect a tip.
I was forced to leave a tip, when I didn’t have any cash. You can not leave a tip with your credit card, this turned into an argument? What kind of service is this?
Horrible customer service in the window they advertise that they stay open til Midnight got there at 8pm the lady couldn't do a fill in or a soak off they are completely incompetent
This place was terrible. I went in for acrylic tips and they were done so horribly and the lady couldn't be bothered and didn't speak to me once. As soon as I left and got home one broke off. Went to another place to get it fixed and they said each nail was done incorrectly. Two days later and they all have broken off. One star is still too high of a rating
I'm only giving it a two because of the lady that does my nails. She's very professional takes her time and pays attention too detail. She Deserves too be in a better place than this one.
My entire family wanted to go out and have fun. We were around 10 people. You think they would treat us nice and would appreciate business. They were EXTREMELY RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL! All the other posts here are correct with giving them 1 star. I wish I looked at them before coming. Heck 1 star is too much! They kept rushing us.a job where every where else takes around 20 minutes- they did in 2. Our night out with the family was ruined and all we talked about how horrible of a place this is!
We went for doing our nails for the wedding. She did it so fast and expected to get me not ruined. I ruined it and she got upset. Never going back. So rude.
Let me say first that I cannot comment on the services because I was treated rudely the minute I entered the door so I left. I walked in and asked the owner if he had a brochure or a list of services I could take. He told me no. So I glanced at the price list on the wall. Then he said, "everything here is very expensive for you. " I asked him to repeat himself because I couldn't believe my ears. He repeated it slowly and loudly. So I guess my money is no good there. Too bad.
