23I have a membership and my boyfriend had a two weeks pass. He came with me the first two times and the second time one of the personal trainers got slick and disrespectful after my boyfriend told him we didn’t need his assistance. He then started cursing him out and we ended up leaving before it became anything more serious. If i wanted a personal trainer i would have paid for one. On top of that the personal trainers don’t know what they are doing bc one of them was in my anatomy class and ended up dropping the class because he was doing poorly. Imagine being trained by someone who doesn’t know what they’re doing, that’s danger for the costumer and could seriously get hurt. Haven’t gone back in over 5 months.

One of the best LA Fitness facilities I have workout across the country. Clean and everything in good shape. Thanks John Patrick for the great customer service.
