I've always found their service department to be quite efficient when dropping off a vehicle early.

But what brings me to writing this review is a lovely experience trading in my last civic for a new one. Abdullah was wonderful and charismatic (just the right amount of charm, if you ask me). The process was straightforward and simple.

On April 5th I brought my 2013 Honda Accord to Be fixed. I was feeling sluggish feeling when I was driving and there was a slight noise. This was communicated it to Honda two weeks prior to me coming I had someone do a test drive with me and an appointment was made. I brought the car to them at 8 AM. I called three times to see if they had come up with a diagnosis on my car. At 3 PM they were just put in my car on the lift. The service guy stated that there was a problem with the caliber on my car and I asked them to fix it along with doing a transmission flush. At 4: 30 I was told my car was finished I came and picked it up. I drove off the lot and all you could hear was a loud sound. I called back to explain to them what was going on they told me to bring the car back. The receipt stated the car was OK yet I was told after to bring in the car back that there was something in my transmission. Nevertheless at 5: 30 PM I left after paying $583 for a caliber and a transmission flush with a transmission that was still messed up. This was very disappointing considering they had my car since 8 AM that morning and now I still can’t Drive my car freely because they opted not to do anything about it.

Took my car in for an oil change it was really quick I didn't have to wait very long at all. There is a nice little waiting area to sit in. And the people who worked there were all very friendly.

Finance department make me die because of interest rate it’s too high 4.99! When I go there I told Sell counselor how about interest rate he said they’ll let you know but they didn’t. If "0” rate have it I will give them.

I had a great experience with Lamacchia Honda. I bought a new car (Honda CR-V) from them. Mr. Albadri took the time and explained everything for me thoroughly and professionally. It’s was first time for me to buy a new car. Mr. Albadri was very helpful and walked me through the process smoothly. He was honest, and gave me all options, and explained the pros and cons for every option. He was patience with me and took me to road test and answered all my questions.

Went in for service on my lease. Actually for an inspection. It was quick and there wasn't a charge. Employees working service department are friendly and very accommodating. I won't go anywhere else.

Anthony Lamacchia and his son A. J. Lamacchia are extremely rude. This business should be investigated for fraudulent repairs and charges.

I would give 0 stars but that wasn’t an option. Went there with an appointment just to be told the person we made the appointment with didn’t work weekends.so some other guy who had no time to help us attempted to help us by talking a thousand words a minute and not allowing us to talk, ask questions or anything.we gave up and finally just stated we saw a lease deal on the website and then brought to show that car, told the deal then told to have a good day.how were we supposed to figure anything out about cars we were interested in when we couldn’t even get a word or without being talked over.

Went to purchase a car as my last one got t-boned. Was given a sales rep and found a used car that I really liked (she was great). On the day of the pickup, I went to examine the car to notice deep gouges in the hood as well as chips in the windshield and sunroof. Pointed these out to the rep and she told me they would have the chips fixed and the hood repainted so I could get the car in a couple days. After a few days, got a call from AJ (manager) who first told me he touched up the hood and was also going to get a hood deflector. Long story short, this AJ guy tried to cover up the deep gouges in the hood and lied about repainting it because "he was already losing money on the car" (complete lie) so he could save a couple more dollars. This "manager" named AJ has completely ruined their reputation as a company that "likes to take care of their customers" as their warranty salesman put it. I will never recommend a company where a manger lies to his (potential) customers.

I usually never liked to go to this Honda location. But after I met Amanda and her super service, she made a different job. “Thank you for all the hard work you put in daily! Know that it is recognized and greatly appreciated” I appreciate your consideration, help and your great service. I wish everyone be like you.

Highly recommend. Ashley Wolcik was very professional and transparent, definitely will do business again. Don't be afraid of doing online or over the phone business, they make it extremely easy and fast.

Very unhappy with the customer service and the service manager is very arrogant and disrespectful towards my wife.

We have purchased two new cars from Lamacchia now. Anthony is always extremely fair with his pricing. This time we were lucky enough to work with Brittany on the purchase of our new Honda Pilot. She was wonderful and provided a seemless transition into our new car.

I just bought a pre owned Accord from Brittany at Lamacchia Honda. I had such a great experience! I would highly recommend this dealership and Brittany as a salesperson. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had! Two thumbs up!

You have to go to Lamacchia Honda in Syracuse for your next Honda! I just bought an Cr-V today - Devin was AWESOME! Great to work with - he's hysterical - I never had so much fun buying a Honda. I got a great deal and way more than I expected for my trade in! Can't wait to pick it up.

Brought in my car for a rotation and re-balance, was told I needed new rims because they couldn't balance them. Brought it to Mavis and they balanced them without an issue. Place is a joke. Stay away.

Amazing service! I was a bit nervous leasing my first car on my own, but Brittany and Devin made the process very easy and a lot of fun. I will definitely be recommending them to everyone I know!
