Lamacchia Honda, Syracuse NY

Took my car in to replace a recalled part had to talk to at least 3 people to see if my car was ready and no one knew where the new key I ordered was

I took a test drive at Lamacchia Honda and that was fine. When I was ready to purchase a vehicle they were not willing to work with me on a price at all, so they lost me as a customer. I took my business to Honda City which was willing and able to work a deal.

Had to get a airbag light fixed and the tech recommended an extra 10 hours of work i didnt need. Thats a extra 1000 dollers and 300 for a part that made no diffrents. Be careful with the quotes they give you.
ED the service writer was great tho. 2 stars only because the tech tryed to rip me off.

Great service, and great loyalty to their customers. Not only do they have cheap oil changes, but they will give a free loaner if you bought your car from them!

Doesn't even matter if you are a soldier, they give you no effort with purchasing a new car. Thanks but no thanks!

I puchased my 2001 Honda Prelude from them back in the day and loved how quick and easy it was to deal with. I live in Florida and found the Prelude on Autotrader and contacted them. We negotiated over the phone and flew up the following weekend to pick it up and drive it home. Very easy to deal with and the car was just as described!

I was stranded in Syracuse on my drive back to Ottawa, and Lamacchia Honda gave me some of the fastest and most friendly service I've ever had. Couldn't recommend them enough

The staff just seem pretty unhappy and give off a unpleasant feeling as you walk thru the door.

I was up about a month ago, the Honda Odyssey was suppose to be the top of the line mini van and it indeed has lived up to its name. Huge selection of different vehicles to choose from on their lot, had exactly what I wanted. Took a couple days and it was all settled. Roger, our salesman was an amazing man to deal with, since I was new to car buying. Their financial guy was very good to work with as well!

Went to look for a Honda Fit and the sales man was very disinterested in my specifications and wants. Did not come down 1 penny from 25k for last years model. Dismissive attitude. Went to Honda City and got the exact same car for 21k and they thew in free mud flaps. Go to Honda city-they listen to you, they pay attention to what you want.

Nice selection of cars for various budgets. Convenient location. Offering fairly decent deals based on what you're looking for. Bought a new car from here and felt that my sales person was decent. Overall experience was good from shopping for a car to buying and delivery. Have not done any service work yet but will update when I do.

Service department saved me a lot of money by correctly identifying the incompetence of a vehicle inspection location that failed my car because they were trying to insert the wrong buckle into the latch and because it was wrong it would not secure.

The waiting area is spartan so I stared at this huge deadly looking ceiling fan and tried to tune out the obnoxious TV.

Great service team. They always take care of me and my car. Even when I was unemployed, they helped prioritize issues until I was back on my feet.

Horrible customer service if your car needs service. They are rude and hang the phone just for asking their service hours of operations

I enjoyed my experience. It was just to the parts department, but they were more attentive and helpful than another Honda dealership I went to. Very good experience so far.

Awful. Gave them yet another chance because I had a recall, they inspected my car while i was there, I knew I had a front running light out, but they replaced my headlight.

I worked with TR Sayles for a new Honda Civic. He was very knowledgeable, fun to talk to and explained the whole process for car buying since this was the first time I was buying a car!

Don't waste your time at this dealership. The sales people are liars and morons. They wanted to sell me a honda pilot at the sticker price and not willing to negotiate at all.
