Leaf Medical, Brooklyn NY

When I did my annual, Dr. Cross sent me to bunch of tests but never followed up on the results. I called and asked at the front desk 5 times! To get my mammogram result after more than half year! You would imagine he cared a bit more about keeping an anxious patient informed. I had also some concerns which was pretty much brushed off, and was told that I should see a specialist or make another appointment to discuss it because it’s not the topic of the annual. I had weak joints and was breaking often, I thought that should be something to be discussed with your doctor at annual? I asked for referral for specialist and called several times to follow up and never got them again. Recently I had COVID. Since I had developing complications and couldn’t make an appointment soon enough at leaf (there is no option to speak with the doc urgently) so I went to urgent care first. When I finally had my telemed, Dr. Cross basically said if you went to urgent care already and if the condition worsens you should just go to emergency room and told me that he can’t see me, nor did he ask any questions about my symptoms. I was told to let them know when I go to emergency room. Which at this point, I’m not sure how it would help judging from my experience so far.very disappointed.

Dr. Mazda was incredible. She’s kind, patient, and has an incredible bedside manner. She took the time to sit with me and explain every piece medical data and then outlined a plan to be healthier and mitigate some health struggles. The entire staff was personable and helpful as well. Can’t recommend enough.

First of all Leaf is a get place to go get medical care as an institution but some of their doctors can be dismissive. I’ve had multiple appointments with doctor Campbell here that really went south.

He does not listen, makes you feel like you are the problem and a burden on him. Learned a lot from it though. Won’t be making appointments with him any longer but will continue to go to their other staff who are incredible.

Overall a 1 star for my current experience and a 4 star for them as an institution.

I had a great experience at leaf medical when I took my son Bryce the young lady Daphne who took my son vitals was very patient with him, made him feel comfortable talked to him about what he wanted to be when he grow up Dr. Fay Dachman is a very good doctor, she always explain to my son what is going to take place beforehand and he needs that, I really appreciate the level of care he gets from her and she always willing to explain things to me as a parent. I'm happy she don't rush when she's giving care to my son she takes her time, I'm happy my son has her as his primary care doctor

Great experience! Check-in was super fast, appointment was on time, and everyone was kind, articulate, and knowledgeable. Dr Cross and this office will definitely be my PCP moving forward.

Friendly front desk staff and assistants! I’ve been seeing Dr. Gross for almost 3 years and I find her thorough and warm. Highly recommend!

Today was my first visit with Doctor Cross at Leaf Medical. The receptionist was welcoming and pleasant to interact with. The rest of the staff was very professional and took good care of me. Doctor Cross was very knowledgeable, thorough and took the time to get to know me. Overall, a great visit.

Friendly, prompt service! Not rushed and very clean and modern environment. Refreshing compared to most doctors office in NYC area. Would highly recommend!

I was very happy with the service I received. The doctor was on time and efficient. The staff was attentive. The office space itself is very welcoming. This is one of my favorite doctor's offices.

The best! I started out coming a few years ago and now myself, my daughter and husband go there as well.

My whole experience here was very smooth! The office itself is really vibrant and clean; a big departure from the construction outside. The staff was wonderful and notified me that they switched me to another physician (since the one I had originally scheduled with was not in the office). They also asked if I was ok seeing a male doctor and if I wanted someone to be in the room with me! That has never been asked to me before and I really appreciated hearing that. I waited less than 10 min before I was called to the examination room. Dr. Cross was very nice and took the time to ask me questions and help me figure out exactly what I needed to do. The medical staff was also quite personable and made me feel comfortable being there. Overall, I had a really good experience at Leaf. Would 100% schedule future appointments with them.

Dr. Gross is wonderful. She spends plenty of time with you and is very knowledgeable, helpful, and caring. I enjoy coming to this bright and clean office!

While I've really liked my doctor here, the front desk is too disorganized to recommend this practice. I've dealt with months of insurance hell, and it's mostly been caused by the office. Unfortunately, I'll be looking elsewhere, despite liking my doctor.

No wait, clean office and friendly staff. Thorough examination by Dr. Sunwoo who is always pleasant and makes me feel comfortable.

Everyone here is quick, efficient and thorough. Great and clean offices in a wonderful location supporting a relaxed and quiet atmosphere.

As a family we have been looked after by a number of Doctors and staff at Leaf and each one of them has been professional, kind and so understanding. We are so thrilled to have Leaf take care of us!

My niece and daughter have been going their for years everybody on the staff is extremely warming! Even the waiting area and bathroom is nice and cozy if you get there early but normally you never wait. They are Very professional and prompt with the scheduled time and did I mention the girls love there Doctor ‍️!
