Dr. Sunwoo is a very knowledgeable Physician. She spends a lot of time with her patients and answers all of your questions.

If you're looking for good patient care - GO ELSEWHERE.
Note, I have very basic medical needs; I visited Leaf twice, each visit 1 year apart.
In my first experience with Leaf, they lost my blood work. I only discovered this by calling them to follow up when I never heard back from them with my results. Had to go in again to have it redrawn.

Mistakes happen, so thought I'd give them a try. In my second experience, blood was also drawn. I was told I'd receive results within 10 business days, which seems long to begin with, but fine. After 14 days went by, I called to follow up. The receptionist refused to reveal whether or not my results were in (I did not expect her to tell me what they were, just that they had been returned), and that I needed to log on to the patient portal to find that information. The portal showed me that the blood work had come back over a week prior. I called reception back to ask why no one had contacted me in over a week, and was then told "well usually no news is good news, and that the doctor would call. "
To her credit, the doctor then promptly called back and explained inconclusive results and that she had ordered more blood work. Now to be clear, the doctor just went ahead and ordered additional blood work (which I have to pay for) without even consulting me about results from round 1.
Here's the real clincher - YET AGAIN, I never heard back from them when the results came in. Not a call, not a message via the portal, not even an automated alert. Nothing. This place sucks.

It was my first time at Leaf Dental. Though I had sent my medical records in advance, Dr. Gross took the time to look through them so as to get a sense of my medical issues and history. She administered the shingles booster and the Tdap vaccination herself—something I am not used to, since at my my former primary care physician, the physician's assistants took care of vaccinations. The offices are well appointed and brightly lit, even though underground. I was very happy with my first visit.
