The staff are friendly and professional. The only thing there should have a lock door for the changing room. A curtain is not enough privacy.

The Technicians were very courteous, polite and resourceful. Most of all.they were very understanding.

Great service friendly and clean. Mammograph tech answered all questions I may have had. I highly recommend this site for all you medical needs

The staff was polite and given their work load of patients they maintained Professionalism. I don’t know the girl who checked me in but she was very nice.

I went for a mammogram and ultrasound. The site was clean following all safety protocols. They were very professional.

I was a bit a disappointed how long I had to wait. My appointment was at 10 and I didnt get seen until 11: 26. The technician was very nice though.

Very nice place! The staff are friendly and the ladies in the front desk are polite and professional.especially the one named Samantha. Was in and out quick for an X-ray. I would recommend this place!

My experience today at Lenox Hill Radiology was a pleasant one I was in and out in a decent time and the service was adequate

Very unprofessional place, never told me I needed prior authorization for Sonogram and did not want to do mamogram at least, which is approved by insurance. Front desk is the worst Did not even try to keep me as a client. So much arrangements to make it to the appointment to be turned away. These peaoke don’t know how to keep business running.

My visit to Lenox Hill Radiology / Pelham Bay was a pleasant one. It was clean and cozy! The staff was very efficient and profession! It definitely deserve a five star rating!

Very friendly and professional staff. However, the wait for the MRI was crazy. My appointment was at 10am and didn't get seen until 12: 30pm.
