24Recently visited Lenox hill radiology and to my surprise I was in and out of there in no time, not like when it was called Doshi diagnostics oh what a nightmare that was. The staff at Lenox hill were very pleasant besides the renovation’s going on it was a positive experience.
Very nice staff. I was worried, hate doing MRI’s just the thought of going into the machine is nerve racking. The guy who attended to me was super nice. He explained EVERYTHING and asked me several times if I was ok. They validate parking which also helps and access from the bus and train are very easy.
The secretary was very helpful and pleasant. The technician was really knowledgeable and got a very good rapport, supportive and encouraging man. He's a very good sensible person. Awesome place and highly recommended.
It was a wonderful experience today are you guys sending you Uber to pick me up and the girls were very friendly at the reception desk and the technician was excellent and very kind person elf really have good customer service there I was in x-ray technician for 30 years now that I’m disabled and retired so I couldn’t really appreciate the good customer service
