Optometrist LensCrafters reviews
28Everyone there was kind and helpful. They made sure I got the best deal, and scheduled me for a last-minute appointment. I had to wait a little bit because I was essentially a walk-in, but they made my wait fun and pleasant. In addition to being upbeat and with-it, they even went out of their way to adjust and clean my non=LensCrafters glasses because they noticed they were crooked. Although I work closer to another location I still make my appointments here!
Great friendly service
Thorough exam
Choice of lenses is very large
2nd pair I tried on were perfect
I still after 2 years give me sincere compliments.

Everything that's wrong in America right now is personified by this place. Incompetence, rudeness, sense of superiority despite clear fallibility, disregard for others, lack of commitment to service, etc. In fact, these guys should close shop and become members of Congress.
Good staff and fast service. I came in randomly to browse and they were able to add me to see Dr. Vu the same day. Exam was fun and informative. Staff was very straightforward and I was surprised my glasses came in a lot sooner than promised. I have a high prescription so I'm used to 1-2 week waits but mine came in by the end of the week. Will be back next time my eyes change.
Be aware they do not fulfill your order in house or even nearby as many other lenscrafters do. I have so far waited over 10 days for my new glasses and they are still in Texas.
Had really good experience here. I've been to a few Lenscrafters throughout the city and this is by far the nicest one, staff and lay out of the place. They always are helpful in fixing my glasses. Recently came in for an exam, which was beyond what I expected. I was pretty amazing by all the machines and imaging they were able to do. They doctor was also very sweet and extremely knowledgeable. Glad I live close to here. This is my go-to place.
Luxottica should be ashamed to put their name on this store. Besides the poor customer service there salespeople are uneducated on their products and competitors products. I was ready to plunk down $500 for glasses and the sales girl just snub me and walked away lol "Well I guess my money was not good enough their store" -ha ha-
Regarding the Pearle vs. Lenscrafters comparison: Be aware that Pearle and Lenscrafters and Cohen Fashion Optical and Luxottica are all part of the same company. Taking your business from one to the other isn't "punishing" anyone at the top, although it is a way to signal your dissatisfaction with the management of a particular store.
