We had a great experience with Robert Dawes and Lia Honda. It was so easy to set up a test drive and find the right vehicle. Rob was excellent at listening and presenting a proposal that met all our needs. We will certainly continue to purchase and use all the services Lia has to offer.

Fast, timely, efficient service. Courteous, friendly employees. Less expensive than I expected, because LiaHonda did not diagnose problems that did not really exist, nor overcharge me for unnecessary repairs. One employee noticed that my NYS inspection sticker was nearing expiration, and he kindly offered to inspect the car during that same visit. Excellent service.

Here's additional praise for my visit on June 13th, 2015. Especial praise for employee Joseph Calabucci who was efficient, courteous, good-natured, and knowledgeable. He took my car even though I hadn't made an appointment ahead of time, and he and his team did a quick diagnosis, and a quick remedy which was very reasonably priced. I came to him just as I was about to leave Albany, NY for a 15-hour road trip. I am now writing this review from southwestern Indiana, and I had no car trouble during my 900-mile drive. I met with Vin Simeone at Lia Honda in Albany and it was such a great car buying experience. It was quick and easy and Vin got me in the specific car I wanted in such a short period of time. For the past few years I have had the pleasure of having Joe Wiley as my service advisor. Not only is he attentive to my car service needs but he genuinely seems to care. There have been times when I came in upset or with a frown but Joe always manages to have me leaving out with a smile. Lia Honda is lucky to have him as part of their staff.

They're more focused on selling than making sure the customer is satisfied. I didn't agree with what they were trying to make me settle with and I went to Keeler Honda and got the same car for cheaper and a better experience.

I was so so stressed about finding a new car, but when i met vin.i knew. Vincent made everything so effortless and was a huge help for me. I was F@$*$% at the last dealership i went to and vin assured me that he would help get me to the price i could afford and felt comfortable with. My 90 year old grandmother was in a wheelchair and he lifted her right up into the car (WHEELCHAIR AND ALL) for the test drive and that's when i was sold on my BRAND NEW HONDA PILOT, THANK YOU VIN.

Louis Schnell did an excellent job taking my car and quickly lining it up for a lube an oil change. Also my car was washed and before I knew I was on my way with no delay. Thank you Lou.

If i could give zero stars I would. Will never buy from a LIa dealership again after this last experience. Went in last night and test drove a used civic. Liked the car and went to talk numbers. I was surprised because it was going pretty well. I put $1,000 down after we came to agreement and went to take delivery today. I show up and the contract is written up with the rate. 25% higher than we agreed. The finance person (Jennifer Foss?) came and explained that even though my credit score was good that the bank bumped me down and there was nothing she could do. Although she said she has seen this bank do this many times before, she didn’t know they would do it to me and it was not her fault. Basically talking out of both sides of her mouth. She never said anything that the bank might do this when we were making the deal or I would have secured my own financing. Honesty is everything and Lia was not honest from the start. Plenty of other Honda dealerships around so when i go to get a new CR-V in about 10 months I will not even consider buying from Lia. I will go to Keeler or Mohawk when that time comes and I would suggest others do the same.

Fernando was easy to work with. In 5 minutes we found out more information than we did in an hour & a half at another dealer. I had alot of questions & he was able to answer all of them. I will tell all my friends & family about the great experience I had at Lia Honda! I will definitely be a repeat customer. Thank you Fernando & the entire Lea Honda team!

I have been going to Lia Honda for several years. I know my car is in good hands and I receive the best service there. I always ask for Steve Smith to look at my car because he takes the time to explain to me what is wrong, the estimate of the price, and has always found the best prices for any repairs. At Lia Honda Albany I receive the best service. I appreciate the shuttle service, the checkout process is quick, and after so many years when I do not know what is wrong with my car, I can tell Steve what I hear and he will find out what the problem is. Thank you Steve and all the mechanics who take such good care of my car so I know I am safe on the road.

We have nothing but excellent things to say about Lia Honda. I Took our Odyssey in for a repair today. The service department was top notch! Our Service Advisor Ernie walked me through the whole process. Problem was diagnosed quickly, part was ordered and repair promised for the next day. Ernie set me up with a loaner car to make it easy to leave my car behind for repair. The whole process was easy and done with smiles. Thank you Ernie and Lia Honda.

I recently had an emergency need to have my car serviced. The dealer I was using was too far away to risk driving so I went to Lia Honda. Not only did they diagnose and resolve my issue quickly, my service advisor Rodney Curl advised me of suggested services that would be needed soon or immediately to resolve other issues I was having with the car. He explained everything in great detail and even found a discount that he was able to apply to my final bill. Service was friendly, timely and done with great expertise. I was highly impressed with the dealership and even more impressed with Rodney. I look forward to working with him again and know he will take good care of me and my Honda.

Staff was very helpful and was looking to save me as much as possible. Weren't pushy and actually bumped me to the front because what I needed done was so simple.

My oil change went smoothly and I was in and out of Lia quickly. The service manager advised me on other service that my vehicle would need soon and major maintenance that I would need in another year. The waiting area was clean and stocked with coffee. All in all, a pleasant experience.
