I want to thank Jason Cross at Lia Honda Albany NY for not being pushy at all but rather being very patient and understanding throughout the whole process while leasing my new 2018 CR-V. When I emailed him several of times, he responded right away and scheduled an appointment to answer all of my questions in person. If I lease or finance any Honda vehicle again, I will definitely go to him.

Everyone was kind and courteous, and services were prompt. When I didn't understand the charges applied to my services, Wes was patient and informative and worked with me to ensure I was getting what I wanted. It was a pleasure to work with Wes and everyone at Lia Honda.
Terrible staff response. Front desk personnel (girl with distinctive light colored eyes) who was responsible for assigning sales reps asked us to wait as all of the sales reps are busy and kept sending sales reps to customers who walked in after us and we kept waiting like fools for 2 hours. When we reached out to her she said she has no control over that. Ended up walking away from there, what a waste of a sunday. If you are brown skinned and wear a hijab, stay away from this place.
When I pull in to Lia Honda Service, I am relieved when I see Steve Smith! He has been extremely helpful during every one of my visits to service.

I bought my car from another dealer, and the battery failed within a few months. Scheduled an appointment with Lia and got a new battery. Only waited about 15 minutes. Fast service
