Poor customer service, unprofessional - If you have a problem, they do not return your call. We had issues with our wheelchair pulling to one side making it impossible to push - 4 mo later they still could not resolve the issue. At the end they begrudgingly offered us another wheelchair, we decided to go with a company that offered working equipment and professional staff

Lincare is the worst company to deal with! Especially the office located in Ballston Lake. Very rude and impatient employees and they don’t have any desire to be helpful, in fact they hang up! This has happened 4 times while trying to get my cpap machine. Done with this company because of very poor service

To date, I've been double-billed (and still not refunded or credited months later), I've had home care providers simply not show up, they've failed to pick up or process test results on time, resulting in pointless doctors appointments, they've told me they don't test their employees for COVID despite the fact they are entering people's homes regularly, I had someone show up without proper PPE and take her mask off in my home without asking, and the icing on the cake was today when I received dirty medical equipment. I'll be letting my doctor's office know so they can consider other providers. Until then I apparently have no choice but to work with Lincare, but I will do my best to change that.

One star because they actually do, eventually deliver oxygen. This is barely a company and they have no business pretending to be in the healthcare business.

Again another bad review. Got my Dad's walker but he did not check if it fits or not. I have to drill hole to fix it. Poor customer service. I hate to do this but their attitude is to milk money from Government.

I have to admit to being a bit nervous the night before my appointment and reading the reviews here. I have to say that Lincare was amazing. I arrived for my 9: 00am appointment, on the wrong day! I had the day mixed up. The really nice lady at the front reception desk was able to fit me in though when I told her I had adjusted my work schedule!

Then I got to meet Vince. Vince was out of this world helpful, truly. Going over my machine and the parts and functionality etc. I left with my brand new machine and a great feeling about my treatment.

They are on the ball for sure. I mentioned these reviews in convo w Vince and they are aware, but there have been changes over the past year and the service came shining through for me today.

You dont care about the elder. You took a machine in to be serviced 12 weeks ago, and are still charging the client and refusing phone calls!

WARNING: Do not use this company! Worse company I have ever delt with! My first time using a CPAP machine I went into Latham local office to get fitted for the mask, to make a long story short, I was never fitted correctly and Lincare would not give me another mask unless I paid out of pocket. Unfortunately, because of hardships I could not afford the new mask, but again if I was given the correct mask to begin with this whole issue could of been avoided. So I ended up going back and forth for 2 months with Lincare in Latham to try and get correct mask and my request fell on def ear's. Meanwhile 2 months have gone by and I'm not able to use my cpap machine, come to find out later that I was being charged a rental fee for the days I had the machine. I was never told I would be charged a rental fee. I ended up giving all the equipment back and later got a $155 bill in the mail for the machine rental. I called corporate and spoke to the manager Scott, I pleded my case and he ignored what I was telling him and kept telling me he would try and get the bill cut in half. Scott never called me back! When I tried to call him I would get accuses why he can't talk to me (i.e on lunch break, in a meeting, on the phone, just left the office, not in today.)
I ended up paying the bill because they threatened to send my bill to collections. I'm writing this review in hopes to save someone else from going through what I went through. Funny thing is, I read the reviews on Lincare and they are horrible but I figured I would give them the benefit of a doubt.boy was that a mistake! I will never use Lincare again and I will tell people I know about this unprofessional company. The train don't stop here, I plan on writing more bad reviews on this company any place I can! Enjoy your $155 Lincare a.k. A scammers!

This place has at least two employees I have had the displeasure of interacting with who are unfriendly, difficult to talk to, and poor listeners. They gave off the atmosphere of "We know better, just listen to us and stop talking" in the way they talked, and the concept of decency towards customers is foreign to them. They do not know how to treat people with respect or even basic human dignity. If you want to be treated like a human being, avoid this place like the plague.

Absolutely the worst customer service in the history of the world! There's not even a close second worst. Infuriating to deal with at every stage of contact. I have to find another cpap provider, this company is beyond ridiculous. Lincare needs a complete overhaul from top to bottom. Nobody should have to put up with this in the 21st century. Other reviewers are correct. Giving one star is too many!

I have been calling for days trying to get an appointment to be fitted for a new CPAP mask. It is impossible to get in touch with them My calls were getting routed out of state and when I explained what I needed they tried to call the local office and still could not get through. I tried selecting 'calling from Doctors office'. When I did that the phone was just dropped.

The worst experience I ever had with any medical company. They spelled my name wrong, they call me every month to sell but refuse to tell me the price, they overcharge me, and they mess up with insurance companies. Their headquarter, regional office and local office blame each other for mistakes and they do not speak to each other! As a customer, I have to call every office multiple times to correct a problem, and follow up next week just to find out no one did anything!

Over two months and still no response on portable oxygen unit even with doctors order. Once they get you as a customer you’re forgetting about. If there was less then one star I’d give it to them. Update still over 5 months and two walk test later and can not even get them to the house for me to sign insurance papers. If you can call HOME TOWN HEALTH. I can’t because I’m on Medicare. Update still 7 months into dealing with lincare on getting a portable oxygen concentrator. Several calls from Schenectady pulmonary and non stop calls from me and still no answers. I hope everyone will start doing as I have and report them to your insurance, Medicare or Medicaid and report them to the better BBB this is the only way we can change how this company treats us. And get coverage from other companies.

Don't use these guys! They suck. When you call the local number you get someone in a different state. You tell them your problem and they try and transfer you to your local office which you originally called and they don't pick up or answer and it drops your call. That happen twice. I'm done!

Vinny is the best. He figured out everything that needed to be checked out for me with the result being all new CPAP supplies at no charge to me.

Our good friends dumped these guys back in August after multiple problems. They have been receiving bills from them EVERY MONTH for services that they no longer provide, and I use that word very cautiously due to the fact that they were never very good at providing anything but headaches. These people are the ABSOLUTE WORST! Customer service is a JOKE! Every time a bill shows up another hour long phone call is made with a promise it will be “taken care of” yet here they are 6 months later and our friends have racked up a few hundred dollars worth of “charges” when they don’t even deal with these morons anymore. It’s disgusting and infuriating due to the fact that they have a very sick child that they are taking care of and this company is making their life a living hell. Honestly stay away from these guys!
