Lincare, Latham NY

I saw my doctor a month ago and was told I would receive a call from Lincare - to date, nothing. Very disappointed.

Does anyone manage this company? I ordered CPAP supplies over 2 weeks ago and still haven't received them. This just one of several failures by this company. Stay away. I know that I am done with them.

I totally agree wth everyone that Lincare is very lax in delivery of equipment on time. Very disappointed in their service.

Lincare is a company who is taking money from Medicare and I believe trying to either kill patients or keep them hospitalized so they do not provide services they have already been paid for. I would like to start documenting and a class a tion suit against them. I believe if any further harm is done to mine or anyone else hwalth they should pay. They lie about deliveries and refuse to deliver at all. Please protect your loved one.

Left four voicemails with no response over a 7-day period re when were they going to deliver doctor-ordered oxygen. Still working on this. Original doctor order was in June. This is end of August.

Cannot believe this facility is still operating. Beyond the worst customer service. Please how can they still be in business? Unbelievable

Was supposed to be at the house to pick up material from my father who has passed away.was supposed to show up after 430pm Friday.never showed and never called.terrible

Tired of family members wasting their whole days waiting for Lincare, Latham office to show up with Oxygen. A life threatening need! For goodness sake if the electric goes out there are plans in place in EVERY SINFLE TOWN IN THE NATION for emergency preparedness of this population yet Lincare fails to arrive on time or even on the scheduled day. TIme for a new provider!

Customer service is beyond horrible and is not responsive to patient needs.
Definitely time to find a new supplier.
