Products r great, people on floor are n knowledgeable. But God help ya if ya need help with customer service. Terrible! I was calling local lowes talking to service desk about part of my order missing and getting refund for it. Talked to service desk 5x in 3 days but yet apparently no one knew of my case. But supposedly the big boss was supposed to be calling me back. After 2 weeks of back n forth finally they credited my credit acct.not first time I've had issues there.

Good luck finding an associate to help you and because online locations are managed by corporate you'd be hard pressed to find the item you're looking for.

The cashier flirted with my husband writing her name on the receipt with smiley face I come into lowes every week and never had a cashier do this. Donna it's not very good customer service to flirt with a married man

It's always too slow to leave this place.your excited when you get there because of a project your going to undertake.then there's only one cashier, and 10 people in line.and you get home and it's the wrong piece, or it's defective. A waste of a Sunday.

They have all kinds of COVID appropriate protocols in place like mask requirements, hand sanitizer, plastic barriers.but somehow, even despite this and the presence of numerous associates swarming the floor throughout the aisles, there is NO ONE working the 6 check-out lines during the day, and so all customers are forced to funnel into the 4 self checkouts.

So that's the same number of customers, using only 4 terminals, in a smaller space where social distancing is Not achievable.

Even if you only had associates at 2 or 3 of the 6 independent checkout lines, it would reduce that too-close-for-comfort bottleneck at the self checkout.

I have renovated houses from top to bottom in now three different states, and have experience with quite a few Lowe's from different cities and states and the Vestal Lowe's stands head and shoulders above the rest for being understaffed and mismanaged. There are never enough people there. There are never enough registers opened. Every time I'm there (I'm renovating my house now - I'm there way too frequently) "in stock" items are out and I have to search to find an employee to get a tall ladder to bring down an item I can see but unfortunately should not climb to get myself. Pushing their "I need employee assistance" buttons is often fruitless. I waited over 15 minutes once after pushing the button simply to get grout that I could see but, again, shouldn't just climb up myself to get. The one bright side to this: the employees that care, and recognize the terrible management of the store, will often just give you a discount for your trouble. But don't count on it. It's so frustrating to deal with this store.

Placed and order for pickup. Got to the store and they didn’t have it at the pickup desk. Had to go to the back of the store, no associates would walk me there & show me where I was supposed to be going. They had my order sitting in the middle of some random isle where anyone could take it. And the wanescoating I ordered was chipped at the ends. Awful Experience. Lazy, useless Staff.

Went to the vestal NY location to get carpet samples there were none the guy told me he would cut sum from out of the totes on the 2nd shelf then left horrible service everytime we go

Decent place but even on the weekends when there are 100 people trying to check out, they only ever have two registers open. This has happened Everytime I come here. Embarrassing.

Staff is always willing to help. They even suggest where to go online if they do not have the product

The workers are angry. Very poor service. Never do an order pick up- items are not ready and take over 30min to bring out. Don’t be surprised if the wrong quantity or wrong item is delivered.

Good work team. Got my spark plug in about 20 seconds after I found a worker. I was in a hurry and didn't have time to look around.

Customer service is horrendous at the customer service desk, will not be going back may go to the competition, I may pay more money but it will be worth it to have someone that knows what they are doing or like someone said in their review go to lowes in store may do that.
