Employees are fairly professional and helpful. Well stocked. Just seems as though everything is placed here and there.
5 associates stood at the service desk with no customers while I stood at the pick up desk waiting. Finally, someone came from the back of the store to help me. Then I waited for the associate to figure out how to ring me out. To pick up one item I purchased online, I was there for 25 minutes. Not cool.
Great Place for your"Home Improvement" after all it's in the name. Lowell in Flooring, more knowledgeable than the guy I spoke to at a local Specialty Carpet Store tonight.
I visited this store since I was 12. This store has really left its mark on my childhood and into adulthood. I don't like to make my reviews personal, but I am just deeply thankful for the imprint it left on me and on my lifestyle (home improvement, renovation). I love looking at new tools, tool sets, cabinets, appliances, well basically everything.
