Awesome assistance, I probably talked to at least 4 different associates for different things. They were all very helpful and kind.

We can not thank Jessica (the store manager) enough for always being there to help us with what ever we need. She is so friendly and always goes above and beyond. She is there to make things run smoothly and even help with picking out the right decor to match your space. She is always upbeat and happy. She treats her employees with respect and is not afraid to jump in and work right along side them.

Never have an issue when shopping at lowes. Only thing I would like to see is more front end cashiers so the lines don't get backed up.

I went to Lowe's with a lot of questions in search of the tools and accessories I needed for various projects. I cannot convey the patience and great people skills the employees had. All my questions were answered and the employees helped me find everything I needed. I always loved going to Lowes6 and will always be a returning customer. Thank you.

I chuckle whenever I see, "Now Hiring" signs on the rare occasion I have no choice but to enter a Lowe's, because the store is always empty. It's like everyone knows to go to Home Depot, lol. Ironically, you still can't get help even with just 3-4 people shopping. I called the store from the hardware aisle and asked someone to come help me, and the guy was so annoyed that I did that, but maybe he's one of the reasons for the hiring signs.

I have work for Lowe’s long time ago and it’s great and friendly with people coming in and out and find any things that you need if that is a type of job that you were looking forward to do go for

Not bad for Lowe's just people there won't help you with loading things in your vehicle or onto a cart.

Stock varies, staff are barely helpful with a scoff that you have the audacidy to not hove the lowes app to tell yoy where items are (commonly listed wrond anyways) and enough aisle obstructions to make a fire marshal blush before needing to correct a manager.

The worst place ever we pay for a fence $17,000 it's been 2 years and we still can't get it repaired my wife's been fighting with them for 2 years and get this fence done and still hasn't gotten done never again

Progressively going downhill in the customer service area. Seems that you can never find an Associate in any departments anymore. Use to be very helpful Associates and it seems that they see you and head the other way. Definitely not what it was

Just stopped in to get 3 feet of clear tubing. They no longer sell any tubing by the foot. Why? Don't ask the employees, they don't seem to know either.

(Rant) oh how I long for a good old fashioned wooden floor hardware store.

They do have a huge variety of products, the trick is trying to find what you are looking for. Or to find an employee to direct you to it. I looked for a staff member the entire time I was there, and only found one at the checkout. If someone is a frequent customer, they can probably shop efficiently here. But it took a frustrating amount of time to get the few items I needed. The store is clean and parking plentiful, and the store is conveniently located.

Went to look at dish washers. The sales staff was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and very helpful. We found exactly what we were looking for at a reasonable price.

I'm just wondering why this particular Lowe's is out of stock on so many items every time I go there. It seems like they do not do inventory on a regular basis
I have to drive to the Utica Lowe's quite often and they always have the items in stock.
Poor management at this branch?

The employees in the appliance center are incredibly loyal to their customers and watch out for them from start to finish of installation of appliances! Tony and Tom are incredibly knowledgeable and friendly =)

Waited in line for returns for 20 minutes cause they only had one chick running customer service.

It was ok took awhile to get what I needed! The biggest problem is you can never find anyone when you need help!

Poor customer service. Very ignorant employees. Don't know the difference between 1x2 inch and 1x3 inch plywood.

Went to buy a compressor to put air in various 4 wheeler, trailer and car tires when needed. I heard of one on sale for 200 with 3 attachments! The salesperson was so helpful and he realized I didn't need something so big. At his recommendation I purchased a little unit for 45! It works perfect! Puts air in Super fast.so excited! I saved 150! Thanks Lowes!
