25Garden area didn't have anybody working. I had to go to customer service for information. Also the register gate was locked. Time was 445 pm. Hard to believe, but it is Rome. No place else to shop
Always helpful employees. Just be careful and check the wood you are getting, a lot are warped and twisted. Bought some treated posts that were special order and they had a really bad bend in them, luckily I didn't need the end that was twisted.
I went in to buy a grill today, and had a terrible experience. Drove there because they showed 5 in stock. After 20 minutes of waiting and two different associates attempting to help, I was told the grill I wanted was already assembled and spoken for, all 5 of them. The associate doesn't offer any other help and let's me walk out the door. WHAT A JOKE! I'm done shopping at Lowe's forever.
Many of the helpers have a lack of experience in the department they are working, heart is in the right place but twice during my current project they sent me home with the wrong stuff
Love Lowe's. I always have a list. I never stick to it. The garden section gets me in a trance the moment I enter. I had my bathroom gutted and redone. All my new items came from Lowe's. The salespeople are wonderful, helpful. Just about everything I've needed for my home has come from Lowe's. I love Lowe's.
