Lowe's Home Improvement, Amherst NY

I leaned against two pallets that was blocking the end cap I was trying to get to for 20 minutes. Three employees walked by me during that time, two of them were with other people but could of called someone else over to help me!

This store is good for home improvement goods, yet customer service at the front desk is lacking. The actual customer service has gone down over the last 2 years and only if I know what I need is at the store then will I go there. In the actual store they are helpful, but customer service does not make it easy. Say you purchased items on 0% financing but need to exchange it.you have to return it and then buy it again. Why is there no exchange.even if you purchase something with cash or card it ends up being the same. If you have a warranty claim that the customer service number, gives you a reference number, the front desk tells you to call them or the manufacturer. Lacking in skills and always somebody new at the desk.

Everything you required for your home improvements available in one location. Free parking and sales occur daily. Call ahead or order on line for store pickup. Staff are friendly and efficient and available to answer your questions in store or on telephone. Credit card accepted and veterans discounts are offered.

The only reason for the five stars is for Mark that cut my glass. He was trying to have it ready before I got to come big it up. One piece broke on him and he so was upset because he wanted it ready for me when I came to pick it up. He had to help other people and he kept telling he was sorry about it. I don't his last name. We talked about his military family and about the past wars. I will make sure if I need something again I am looking for him.

I love just wandering through Lowes. Their stock differs from other DIY big Box stores, their lighting department Is particularly impressive!

You guys know lowes.the big chain. Home depots nemesis.they sell hardware and lawn products. Tools.i'm sure they have a website with everything they sell on there. This location has good service. The workers know more about home improvement than me.which is not saying much. Its just a standard lowes hardware.
