Updated 3 years later. It still is useless to ask people where something is (sometimes they will just lie and say that they don't have it), but I have moved my review from 1 star to 3 because I now know that I can use the app to find what I need.it's not great, but it's affordable.

It always seems like asking for help when looking for something is a waste of time. They either don't know or will just tell you they don't have it (even when they do).

Needs a lot of work to some of employees when load pellets for pellet stoves need some one knows how I had a lot bags busted.some employees would have been fired.

Great place to find people who don't know what there doing. Starting with the people in charge, I'm not talking management, just like Walmart people who never shop in there or wouldn't stoop that low set up all the aisles and they have no clue what the they're doing.

Rude customer service old miserable lady with glasses she seemed she hates her job %$*ch some employees same savile attitudes and some snappy miserable

They have anything you can imagine for hardware an gardening.service there great.go out of way to help you

Had what we wanted when we got there! Prices wre very good. Check out was easy plenty of counter help to check out.

Omg everyone working the sales floor was extremely helpful, answering questions and showed me exactly what I needed.

Great BBQ section. Disappointed in lighting selection but seems their online selection will more than make up for it. Walked the whole store with nary a glance from employees, no "hello or may I help you" was heard. Seems basic customer service is not what it used to be with todays younger workforce.

Doesn't always have what I need or website says it has. Plus when a store is 15 miles from the Canadian border and has its bilingual signs in Spanish! Not French? That says there's something seriously amiss in management's idea of who their customers are and what they want!

Love this place. Employees very helpful and so friendly! There was something that wasn't at the store so they helped me order it online and it will be sent to our house. Free shipping!

Good store to get stuff for a project. But could have had better quality products. Otherwise a really great time!

Once again, it's a big box hardware (etc.) place. Seen one, pretty much seen 'em all.
I'll leave it there - oh, the staff is really quite good, and no, I'm not related to, in love with, or otherwise entangled with any of them -but if you can go there as I just did, on a rare quiet Friday morning, the experience is even better.

Nice, clean, huge store! Everything is easy to find, employees are always available, and check-out is fast. Love the Springtime here because inside/outside there are SO MANY items for gardens & landscaping. My favorite

Great place for your building projects if you need help go to pro services they will listen to you and steer you in the right direction

Had to pick up a new storm door. Winter did the old one in. Found the one we needed and got it loaded.

My place for everything from tools to building supplies. Getting assistance can be a bit challenging but using their app helps you find what you're looking for.

Went by myself and looked through what I wanted for a wish list. Ended up buying a DeWalt power tool set with buy four get one free. Plus I had a few gift cards to boot

The associate at lightbulbs was so helpful and assisted my coworker and I with picking up new lightbulbs for our store today. Very nice customer service.
