24No sales people on the floor. Bells for help go on and on. This is not unusual. You might as well call it "do it yourself everything store". I hate going in there. When I worked for Lowe's, we could not pass a customer without acknowledging them and offering help. I am glad I don't depend on Lowe's stock to help me pay bills. A true disgrace.
Not always the most organized of shelves and items. Prices are higher than expected, but I always check clearance shelves and especially lumber & building supply clearance areas!
Got wrong size window after lowes specialist came out to measure it. Managers were good about replacing window and helping with covering the giant hole in the side of house where window goes.
I would prefer employees nearby to offer assistance and also offering to help load the car. There wasn't anyone around. Nor any offers at checkout to have someone load the car for me. It wasn't a positive shopping experience.
