Macy's, Albany NY

Much better than the one in Crossgate Mall when looking for clothes. More selection for office wear.

Not very impressed and unless you shop when they have a super sale you will see for yourself that when they have one they will MARK THINGS UP, you go in to shop for sale items one day and 2 or 3 days they have from then and that item that was marked up over 100%. So I would do not call that a sale.

This Macy's is 2 stories with elevator and escalators to upper floors. Excellent store and location.

I always enjoy my shopping experience at this store. I love the fragrance and Makeup section they are always courteous and there's always someone looking to help you find whatever it is you are looking for. I recently came in to buy a pair of shoes and the customer service was excellent.

Decent store, expensive though. Also wish they would chill with the perfume section you can smell it from across the store and kn other levels and taste it when you get closer.

It took forever to get a sales associate to help us with our purchase, then they told me the sale didn't include the watch I chose, turns out it actually did.

My only.knock with Macy's is that they do not
carry big sizes, you know, waists above 42 inches, 3x, 4x. I do not kniw why. In America, there are alot of big people, and they are affluent fat cats, so they would spend alot. Macy's should cut back on women's perfume and makeup section and devote the space for big men's clothes and accessories.

This is my favorite store. Quality clothes. They're always having sales. Great variety even if your on a budget you could leave out with some nice clothes on your back. Great place to buy cologne for men.

Very little staff working. Walked all over trying to find a cashier. Cutting back too much to save a buck will close your doors.
