THE RADIOLOGY DEPT. IS THE WORST I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. THERE IS NO NEED FOR APPTS. AT ALL YOUR TAKEN QHENEVER VERY UNORGANIZED. THERE SHOULD BE SOME SORT OF CONSIDERATION FOR PATIENTS ESPECIALLY ELDERLY & THE VERY SICK. EMERGENCIES HAPPEN BUT EVERY SINGLE DAY COME ON 3 TO 4 HOUR WAIT EASY ALL THE TIME. IM SO FRUSTRATED WITH THE LACK OF CONCERN OR IMPROVEMENT SINCE LAST YEAR. THIS DEPT HAS TO REMEMBER THAT ITSIMPORTANT TO MAKE A SIGNIFICANT CHANGE IN CARE

Im a diabetic and I go to my endocrinologist here. No matter how early my mother and I get there for my appointment it takes like 45 minutes just to get my quick check-up (weight, height and blood pressure) then takes about another 30 minutes for my named to be called to see the doctor. Staff is nice I guess, I do like my doctor though. She is very nice and you can tell she enjoys her job.

The service here is minus 5 stars. Doctors in the ER are trainees and make stupid mistakes. One would expect to the most competent doctors in to the ER to treat patients where every moment is crucial. They put trainees in the ER. They'll order unnecessary tests but not tests that are most crucial to rule out the unknown. They should change the hospital name to any other name. They sure don't act like maimomnides

When my father did an xray check at noon today, the medical staff pulled the father's nasal tube very violently, not only hurting my father's throat, but also letting my father reinstall the nasal tube. Endure tremendous pain. Not qualified to get a star at all. I hope my evaluation will make the hospital sympathetic to these patients better.

Very incompetent doctors. They are really bad. It is unbelievable how can they fit to be doctors.

The doctors, nurses and staff are proffesional to a certain degree but they get their job done well. The cleanliness of this hospital is ok. It is clean were it is most needed (Operating rooms, patient rooms, bathrooms, etc) however the waiting rooms and emergency rooms are dirty, they have trash on the floor and dirt in some places.

Overall: I think its ok for the 3 experiences I've had here. There are worse hospitals and definitely better ones.

With cringeworthy sharp piercing pains, the nurse who checked me into the e.r reviewed me and sat me in the waiting area for the next nurse, not before writing the most mediocre description of my condition. Having to wait two hours and not even been seen by the registered nurse i walk out pain and all and make my way to Lutheran medical center. Maimonides neglected me as a patient and avoided eye contact until i made their job easier by walking out. Disgusting.

This hospital is absolutely disgusting the staff is unprofessional and never knows what's going. Ive been here on multiple occasions and everytime im in the ER im waiting atleast 4 to 5 hours to see a doctor. They don't clean the ER at all. This is really sad.

As a patient in cardic care I called for the patient advocate or rep name Gayle. Gayle told the nurse she will not come to the unit to address my issue. Afterward the remaining staff on unit began to avoid me

Amazing, everyone there is sweet and kind. I had surgery and everything went well, best hospital I've been to.

The best hospital in NYC. The best doctor, the most patient nurses and excellent trainers staff. I feel they’re like my family. This is my third child’ delivery in this Maimonides hospital. I recommend the best hospitals ever. May God bless all of staff and Maimonides member.

Very bad department of obstetrics and gynecology. Neither polite nor polite, nor patient. If you can get to another hospital quickly, there are a few white women whose services are really bad.

Worst pediatric emergency staff. Was admitted and took over 1.5 hours to be seen.then from when they told us we were discharged until they came with our paperwork was more then 2 hours.really disappointed in the staff - very unprofessional and slow!
