I wanted to leave a great review for JAY CHIU - he is a great representative for this company. Mild mannered, patient, helpful and have no judgment in his tone - even when being asked multiple questions by a busy woman!
I booked a unit for a friend today - after he could not show up in time, and had not notified the company. Jay rebooked same unit, same price and was a pleasure to speak with.

Best self storage experience I’ve had ever after storing my stuff for the past 10 years. Bentley picked me up right on time in the FREE moving shuttle with plenty of space and made sure I had everything I needed to check in. Kenneth then helped me at the front desk and made sure I knew how everything worked, walked me to my unit, and explained everything so perfectly. The staff is exceptional and made my moving experience so painless. Thanks so much!

I had a wonderful experience with Manhattan Mini Storage. From arranging the space to then closing it out, it was easy and painless. Highly recommend them. I have to specifically mention Kenneth Lo. He helped me when I was leaving the facility and he was exceptional! Taylor also helped out and was fantastic as well. I would definitely use them again!

I moved at the end of November and had never used a storage facility before. Manhattan mini storage really put me at ease. Very helpful over the phone, they followed up and made me feel secure about the process. When I arrived on-site prior to my move Taylor assisted me with my account set up (lower east side, near FIDI location) and was an absolute SUPER STAR! From her positivity, great attitude and knowledge she completely hit it out of the park. I couldn't have been happier.

I had the fortunate opportunity to work with the staff at this facility (for about a year) to closeout a storage unit belonging to someone who passed away. My law firm represents the estate. New to this, the staff with their experience in this type of situation, guided me. Even during these difficult times with COVID 19, the staff has exhibited compassion and understanding of others, and professionalism.

Everything about this facility and the people who work there (as essential workers no less) has been fantastic. Moving in and out during a pandemic was stressful enough. Kenneth and the team made everything so seamless with my reservations and move-out. As far as the storage, all of my belongings were mostly as I left them - and easy enough to move with my boyfriend using the dollys and ramps. I would say just pack up your rugs as best as you can - a couple of mine were mildewed and subject to carpet beetles and I had to toss.

Really good storage facility at a reasonable price. I was able to rent a small space for $40 a month, this is enough to put all of my old stuff from my apartment in here and I still have some space left. Plus you get to keep the key and it’s secure.

I had the most incredible experience at the 220 South Street Manhattan Mini storage. Kerwin was the representative that was helping me and he went above and beyond at trying to make me feel at home. I ended up settling on a 10x10ft storage room and the room looked great and I felt excited leaving. Kerwin single handily made my experience perfect at their location and I would say this was most likely one of my top 3 purchasing experiences. A+! Thank you Kerwin!

I had such a great experience with Mini Manhattan Storage! From the free shuttle picking me up to the smooth check in process when I arrive. Monetta greeted me with a warm smile and answered all my questions. Then Kerwin got me set up with my unit, helped me sort my belongings and even helped me upgrade when he realized I needed a little bit more room. I am excited that I picked this location and happy to know that there are such caring employees here to help me out when I come back.

Learned I had to move out on super short notice due to an emergency, but Manhattan Mini Storage 220 South St.were my superheroes and provided a storage room ready for all my stuff, which lifted a huge weight off my mind. Great price, good location, awesome customer service!

Costomer service sucks! I had a package delivered there today 5/3/18.none of the agents knew of the package and return giving me a nasty attitude after countless tracking the package was sitting in their storage room after that ordeal the agents want to charge me a fee for disposal of the empty box?

The facility itself is great, very clean and secure; but the staff really makes this place exquisite! Every time they're SO friendly and helpful, 10/10 would recommend!

The staff is always very helpful. Rafael was helping us recently, and he was outstanding. This is a very clean and orderly building.

Really great storage space-they have complimentary shuttle and package acceptance. Rates do get really high during the summer peak months, but Rafael did a great job of helping me handle the various admin fees and transfer costs, etc. Would recommend!
