The firm misrepresented the size of the locker and I had no alternative but to purchase a larger unit at a higher cost. Beware - a 4 foot (48 inch) high locker doesn't hold a 47 inch high box.

Update: The manage of the facility contacted me and resolved the situation to my satisfaction. Aside from this issue, my experience with the firm was very positive.

My Lyft driver completely failed to drop me off with my two boxes in front of the facility, but I called and the manager, Delroy Campbell, came out with a cart to help me bring my boxes to the location. Had it not been for their excellent customer service, I would've had no choice but to leave one box all the way down the block and hope that nobody would steal it. They're perfect for storing your college/dorm items if you are going home for the summer!

The check in and site briefing by Monetta was excellent. Well organized and efficient. I had a good experience at 2 different MMS sites thi s week. Means the standards and training are good. But Monetta had that hard to achieve balance of all business but friendly. Especially helpful for a first time renter from out of town.

Great facility. Very big. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Upon signing up for a storage unit as well as buying packing/shipping supplies to move apartments, Ravie was extremely helpful and accommodating. Appreciate it and would recommend to anyone.

I have two storage units with them. The storage is clean and convenient, staffs are warm and accommodating to my needs. Free shuttle bus to pick up.

Very Great staff that helps in all matters. Great Customer service and clean environment. I recommend anybody who lives in the L. E. S or Chinatown area to use this place as a Storage.

The price is very affordable. The employees were also very helpful when I called and when I showed up to move my stuff in. Definitely would recommend getting a storage unit here!

Good location, there are some customers who have no consideration of others and hog up the carts.

Finding parking was a pain because a delivery service was hogging the spots. They had four vans and parked on three spots. But these vans were empty with no drivers. The other two parking spots left had long lines waiting for customers to finish so they, too, can park and do the storage thing. What a nightmare!

We had an amazing experience at this location. We have had our stuff in another location years ago and I must say that we didn't really have the greatest experience. Our storage advisor Elizabeth Gomez was AMAZING. She was beyond helpful and eased our stress with the process. She was smiling and extremely pleasant from the moment we walked in. We would highly recommend this location to friends and family. The location is clean and very convenient for us.
