Martha's Dandee Creme, Queensbury NY

So happy we were able to visit on opening day. We took the trip from Syracuse because we know how delicious the ice cream is. The only problem is there are so many good flavors to pick from.

When we arrive to the six flags Great falls up the street this place had at least 300 people in the parking lot so I figured the food was amazing so we went there Sunday when the line and the crowds were less the food was great and not a bad price either. Also the amusement park is across the street it wasn't open yet we were there for my birthday weekend one March 13th but my birthday was the 8th.

I grew up going to this place. It fell into darkness for a while when it was owned by six flags but now that it's back in the original owners control, the magic is BACK BABY

Classic car hop food and great soft serve ice cream. An absolute must if you're visiting the area. Personally, I highly recommend any of their fries, they're all amazing!

Delicious soft served ice cream! This is a must see/experience tourist attraction. Martha's has been around for decades. They are the most famous soft serve ice cream stands in the area. It's loved by locals for its variety of flavors and sweet treats. You can even get ice cream prepackaged to go. I highly recommend the ice cream sandwiches for the ride home.

Popular ice cream place across from Six Flags. The portions are large but seriously overpriced. It's proximity to an amusement park also helps keep this business very busy through the summer season.

One of the best attractions to visit while in the area. They cycle through various amounts of flavors for their soft serve ice cream, with so many flavors to choose from! The fact that they sell pistachio soft serve is what keeps me loyal to them, and I can get my ice cream to go in a pint/quart cup. Great prices for the amount of ice cream you get!

You can forgive the long lines in order to get the tasty treats! This place is an icon in the area as everyone goes there in the summer!

Eat as fast as you can! Also a kiddie size or small is all you need! These portions are HUGE.

I had half of a Banana Split and it was still pretty big. My friends got sundaes and soft serve ice cream which were a challenge to finish since they were so big.

Right down the street from the entrance to the Six Flags Park, you'll have plenty of places to sit and enjoy the many flavors of soft serve ice cream.

Got a large creme de menthe cone. Probably should have ordered a medium. INSANE amount of icecream. Absolutely fantastic though!

Listed as one of the top 10 Ice cream shops in the country. Having been before I do not remember my cone being so large or so delicious! They earned it, creamy, delicious, and made to order when I wanted a raspberry vanilla twist.

We stop here every time we are up in Lake George. The icecream is so soft and delicious. Love the orange swirl. Also these show are the small size! They ate huge!

Always a favorite. Will make the 20minute drive just to go to Martha's. Unbelievably creamy, amazing array of changing flavors (check their website for current flavors) and open past labor day. There's a reason this place is always busy, and worth the wait.

An institution. Decadent soft serve ice cream and desserts, served in huge portions. Lines can be long but worth the wait. Bring your appetite!
