Mavis Discount Tire, Buffalo NY

I went to Mavis for an inspection and assistance attaching my NY plates. I called and they were able to get me in right away. I personally dealt with Justin and he was great. Very friendly and professional.

Justin and Nick took great care of me and my car! Would definitely come back for any future issues.

Most of my experiences here were good, until today. I had an appointment at 10am but, once I got there, the guy said the soonest they could start on my car was noon. He just shrugged when I said that would make me late for work and didn't apologize or offer to reschedule the appointment. Unacceptable.

Slowest service ever I came in at 8: 30 to get 2 tires and an alignment snd they didnt finish until 12: 55 pm. Well I guess it was a step up from my furst time there which was 6 hrs fir 4 tires and an alignment I give them 1 star because they were open. Lmao. Go anywhere but here

They lost my key and it took them almost a day to figure out what was going on. Over the phone I was pretty much told it was my fault. The guy who I spoke to in person at the store apologized but how does a shop lose a key? There's a key box right behind the counter.

Awful! I was in this place for almost 5 hours. I was not aware that they worked by appt.and I was a walk in, so understandably I would have a wait but to wait for almost 4 hours and then have to come back this morning because the work was not properly done, unacceptable. Not only can this company never get another dime from me, but anyone who I know with a car and friends of friends will know about the poor customer service and poor work that Mavis Discount Tire provides.

Long wait to replace faulty brakes and rotors they put on my car. They never communicated with me that they couldn't get the right parts to come in so they just had me sit and wonder what's taking so long. Bad customer service. If you have a Buick regal turbo don't take it here.

I ordered a new tire on Wednesday, no body bothered to call me to say it was in, as promised. Finally figured out they had the tire in stock by Sat am, brought the car in at 9: 20. I only had ONE tire to change on my car, and it took them over 7.5 hours to do so- with an attitude to boot.
POORLY MANAGED!

Worst experience of my life trying to get new brake pads and rotors they had us wait for 5 hours not to mention took them 2 hole days to get it right they where goofing off not working on my car they got the order wrong 3 times didn't give us a estimate time,
They where not professional at all not efficient not productive and keeps the customer waiting for hours on end I will never go to any mavis for any kind of service. Terrible.

Don't go to this place. You will waste your precious time. YouR appointment will take forever.they are really slow. If you call or make appointment they tell you to come in and that it will take an hour but it ends up taking 3 or more hours. Mechanics are just walking around, taking their time, smoking. They are nice, but it's ridiculous how they take their time. I've had a few things done by them but I am not coming back because they take FOREVER!

We needed a break job and we needed it fast. Maybe it was absolutely amazing. They got a sin, did the work, got us out and all for a good price. Great work and absolutely no complaints. We will definitely be going back here and we need to get our back brakes done and when we need to purchase tires.

Great customer service! Very funny and made me feel very comfortable in a situation that I'm not good in without my husband. They took care of me and even called to get a price check from down the street. They saved me over $600. He put the man on speaker phone. It blew my mind how much I could of spend going to another place. And no guys at Mavis I'm not smuggling kids to Kentucky LOL!

Mavis did a good job inspecting my car for my yearly car inspection. Their prices are reasonable.

Worst place ever. I`ve been going to Mavis since it came here and Cole before I1ve spent thousands of dollars on different cars and WILL NEVER GO TO MAVIS AGAIN! Called and asked if they were busy and told them what I needed was told to come waited just short of 2 hours then told them to get my car I was leaving. I understand your Busy JUST BE HONEST ABOUT IT! 1 Lost long time customer

DO NOT bring your car here for an inspection. Staff is friendly, but that doesn't change the fact that the inspection took nearly two hours to complete

I came in for something minor (brake light went out. I didn't have time to change it myself). They were nice, funny, affordable and quick!
