Mavis Discount Tire, Buffalo NY

HORRIBLE! Felt dragging in my brakes. Called ahead to make an appointment for a brake inspection. Waited 2.5 hours for the technician to lift my car, spin the wheels and tell me he can’t figure out what the problem is. Never took the off wheels to do any kind of inspection. Very poor management!

Great service. I drove my car in, because it was the closest automotive shop nearby and my car was smoking and the engine light was on. They stood out in the rain and scanned my engine even though that is not their service. They referred to me a nearby auto shop and sent me on my way. Will be back here for sure.

They're very helpful and they slipped Us in to help take care of a problem we had when we they were very crowded, we just needed a small adjustment and they took care of it very quickly thank you very much.

Got 2 diff prices from one location to another. They honored the cheaper price but then they didn't give the the correct tires. Longgggggg wait. No customer service. Very dry.

Just called twice to see if I could bring my car in today and get a new tire, no answer either time so I'll be going to pep boys down the road.

I wouldn't recommend this place as they broke my truck when I went there for a simple oil change. I ended up spending $700 to fix their mess. Only the assistant manager is professional there. To avoid if possible.

It'd be zero if I could, these guys are so incompetent that they can't keep an appointment, even when I call ahead 30 mins to make sure it's still ok to bring it in. Just a complete waste of time. It wouldn't be so bad if this didn't happen multiple times but every time I give them a second chance they let me down. Go find a local mechanic, these guys don't deserve your money.

Bought two new tires, and paid for alignment. Now, steering wheel is askew, and shakes at certain speeds.

This was the worst experience i have ever had. I scheduled an appointment for 12 noon for just 2 tires and an inspection, 24 hrs in advance and when I arrived at 1150am they advised they were just a little backed up, which is fine i understand. They didnt start working on my car until 4pm and didnt say one single word to me the entire time i was waiting. I will never come here again

Great guys working there, was able to drop my car off for new tires and brakes. They called to let me know what was going on and what options I had. Didn't try to pressure me into extra things i didn't need. Very proffesional and great prices.

My son needed tires for his ford fusion and I called around for prices from several reputable area tire shops and Mavis came in with the lowest out the door price, even when I compared to online retailers. They also had the tires in stock, which was important to me, because I had the day off and it needed to be done the same day.

They were very busy when I got there mid-morning, which is what you'd expect from a service facility that does good work at a fair price. The manager Tony had his hands full, but got it done for us for the quoted price, and didn't try to up-sell me on anything else, which I appreciated.

Will never go back to this place. They over charge for everything. I even watched one of their workers slam my rim on the concrete floor. They are very sloppy with their work and rude. I’d reccomend going to firestone instead.

Excellent service at an unbeatable price. Friendly and polite staff. Work I requested was scheduled same day, and completed well within the estimated time. We'll be coming back!

This is a Great Shop! I was impressed with the thoroughness and attention to detail that these guys provide.

I was also impressed with the way they do alighments it's pretty high tech compaired to a lot of other shops.

As far as the other comment about no coffee no TV?

They do have a large TV and they serve water but who cares I went there to get the car fix NOT to have coffee and watch tv.

Worst place ever they make you wait all day they charge you extra for warranty and then tell you our record doesn't show that your car was repaired here bad customer service.
