McDonald's, Bronx NY

Missing half my food! I had 4 items in total. Two were drinks. How is that possible. They must’ve been fooling around

Ordered on app waited in the lot for pickup for 30min went inside for another 10, got the order went outside, 1 sandwich missing, wrong drink and no sauces. This is the worst mcdonald's I've ever seen

Completed messed up my order I ordered a cheeseburger with bacon and Mayo and instead got a Mcchicken with bacon. Didn’t sent me my fries either and my soda which also they sent the incorrect flavor didn’t taste like anything. Just awful. This is my second bad experience the first one my burrito tortilla was turning PURPLE because it was expired. Never ordering from here again. Unbelievable

The cashier didn't understand english very well, she had to get some help. The ladies were very slow

Must read! Don't come here. I witnessed a worker brushing her teeth in the kitchen. I was in the drive thru when this happened. She looked us in the eyes while brushing her teeth before she went out of sight. Who wants to have spills of someone's toothpaste particles in their food?

TRASH! MCDONALDS ON TREMONT AND SHERIDAN NEED PEOPLE THAT HAVE COMMON SENSE. THEY'RE UNFORTUNATELY INCOMPETENT. YOU ORDER ONE THING AT THE DRIVETHRU AND GET DIFFERENT ITEMS. PEOPLE, CHECK YOUR BAGS!

Don't get me wrong the place is well kept handicap accessible drive through but the service is horrible the girls spend more time yapping than listening to you. My last 3 visits were horrible and i will never go there again.

Get orders wrong. Came thru the drive thru one day order again messed up had to wait in my car in the parking lot. The worker said will bring my food to my car. Never happened. I waited over 30 minutes got nothing. Had to go into the into the restaurant and get my food. Waited again for a over 30 minutes. Unbelievable!

Terrible, unprofessional staff, always mess up orders.every time u go through drive thru there's an issue, either nothing but burgers no fries etc. Or no cards just cash n then your stuck waiting because they take forever in drive through.

When I say orders are wrong or food taste stale about 80% of the time. I don’t understand maagement at this location they really don’t care about the service. They should def lose their ubereats partnership bc they’re too stupid to get a simple order right. Never again. Oh yeah they never have hash browns either. Stupid.

Don't have caramel frappe always machine is always not working. Not good to go and get a cup of ice coffee,

Drive through lady got my order wrong then had the audacity to shush me when i tried correcting her at checkout. Never again!

Racist dominican staff! They don't even speak english! Obviously they don't like White or Asian people! Very rude and unfriendly! The place is dirty! I want to ask Owners, please renew the Staff! P. S. They even don't refill the drinks, like Burger King does!

They didn't give us straws or BBQ in the 1st place and when I asked for some they kept going back and forth for a good couple of minutes and finally gave me some

Love McDonald's they have the best food and they have great deals from the 1,2,3 menu I recommend this place to everyone

Avoid this place no mccafe no apple pies and lousy service theyalso dont accept credit cards after pm.

I wouldn't recommend this McDonald's to anyone.

As soon as I walked in all I saw was flies everywhere. I don't care how new this place is. Flies are very unsanitary and the fact that people are still in line try to order is just insane. The staff is just yapping amongst themselves and not caring about the flies is a BIG NO for me.

I immediately walked out.

They must have renovated this place because it is better now. They have the new. Kiosk to place your order. My food was ready quickly and the place was neat and clean.

I was surprised that i went to this mcdonalds and first of all they were very attentive place was nice and clean and they served me quickly didnt have to wait that long but most off all i was served my food at the table that was a first for me wow

Horrible. Horrendous. Disgusting. Dirty. How is this place still open. Food comes out either cold, burnt, raw, old, etc. Staff seems all miserable, unfriendly. With the Bronx zoo a few blocks away, and being near the train station, this place should be a top notch McDonald's.
